Always brilliant
Always brilliant. I often have to fly very early and it is such a reassurance I know the Ridesmiths team will never be late/not turn up. In fact it will be a great start to my day whether I want to chat or not, it will be a very comfortable, safe ride and I will be where I need to on time.

Gatwick airport transfers... made easy!
10/10 to Ridesmiths for an excellent service from start to finish. Booking was friendly, quick and efficient; the drivers were punctual both ways and couldn't do enough to help. I was booking for a group and they made the whole process stress-free. Couldn't recommend them enough.

overall very good and efficient…
overall very good and efficient service. A couple of drivers were not impressive - no accidents, but one who I have had a couple of times drives very fast and another who i also had a few times is somewhat erratic. Other then this, I am very happy to continue using Ridesmiths.

We were collected from Gatwick and the service was fantastic. The driver was waiting there for us with name board. Lovely clean car and an excellent driver.
