They kept us updated with communication from quote through to who our driver would be, car etc and then the driver introduced himself, let us know he was enroute and when he had arrived. This was an absolutely fantastic service! Tem was really kind and attentive and made what could have been an incredibly stressful situation (getting 11 suitcases and a child to the airport in the pouring rain) a smooth and enjoyable experience! And so reasonably priced (honestly, it felt like a luxury service).

Special shout out to Maz, our driver for the return leg. Our son was unfortunately ill in the back of his minibus, but Maz was so kind and understanding about it. It made a very stressful moment on a very tiring journey a lot easier for all of us, so thank you very much Maz.
