A great experience from start to finish. Jordan is a great guy, highly knowledgable his passion and enthusiasm is both impressive and highly infectious.

Having been looking to buy this Rolex for a while, I spotted the watch on the Ride on Time website. The pictures were excellent, high quality images showing all aspects of the watch, supported with details of the watch.

Since I had a watch to trade I was also speaking with other dealers however, following some back and forth over WhatsApp, I quickly agreed a deal with Jordan.

The fact that he was so responsive, polite in all correspondence and did not try to low-ball my trade-in (a pet hate I wish dealers would not do) meant it was easy to agree a fair deal for both sides.

We completed the deal in his office in Cardiff, a serviced office with a reception and parking. Although the current setup is professional, includes a Timegrapher and other equipment to allow proper inspection, the new expansion plans shortly to be underway will take the setup to the next level.

The sales completion was trouble free, the watch entirely as expected and the sale quickly completed. Jordan is very friendly, a watch and car lover, I ended up staying much longer than I expected just talking watches and cars !

Regularly buying watches from a variety of watch dealers, it is the little touches Jordan does that makes him stand out.

The watch register check was done on the day of the sale and he offered to take the watch back off so I could inspect the movement to be sure it was a real timepiece.

It is these details that means I would recommend Jordan without any hesitation to anyone who wants to buy a watch.

Ordered a watch from jordan for delivery, he then seen the postal address and invited me in to his office to collect in person if i wanted to. I had a car space waiting for me on collection and he greeted me at the lift which i thought was very professional, his knowlage of watches was outstanding and was a pleasent conversation. He presented me with my watch that i absolutely love resized it for me so it fit perfectly, we then walked back down and i left. Would highly recommend to people and i will be back in the future!!

The enviroment!- very professional- very one to one- no outside noise so you can really intergrate with the seller- jorden is an absolute master of his trade- knows so much about watches and explains things in an easy to understand manner - the lay out and service was top notch and dont think it can be beaten anywhere else - personally never had that kind of experience - his prices are the best ive known - jorden is down to earth and very fair - does not look down his nose at you - I said to him amd i meant what i said- in myself - he has a customer for life- its nice to purchase something face to face other than just online- the whole day out to ridee on time watches in cardif from brighton at nearly 200 miles was well worth the experience and will be doing again for sure on my next time piece absolutely !- thank you once again :)

I recently purchased a Rolex GMT-Master II “Root Beer” and had a great experience throughout. Communication was clear and professional from the start, and the watch arrived exactly as described.

There was a small issue with sizing initially, but Jordan handled it straight away and provided an extra link at no cost, which made the fit perfect. Really appreciated the quick response and willingness to help.
