I really like everything about this company, except your delivery process. They can't say it's going to be from 7AM - 1300 or
1300 - 1900 eg. To be honest next time l will try another company first.
Also the staff can be a little patient if asking questions.

I've used Richer Sounds for over 30 years and always had great service and prices. From my AV receivers (Denon, Sony and Yamaha) to my long serving Mordaunt Short Mezzo 6 floor standing speakers it has been a great experience. Always using until recently the Milton Keynes store and having an unhurried and friendly service from Lloyd and Mark (hello chaps!). Having now relocated I used the Watford store for a flat screen and greeted by the very same Lloyd from Milton Keynes, and still with the company. Service, knowledge and purchase was first class from start to finish and great to see someone who never steered me wrong previously.

Ordered Cambridge Audio CXC. No issues. Friendly, prompt and reliable service. Product great.

Good equipment and arrived quickly

Visited my local store, unfortunately item was not available there but was in their warehouse, ordered and paid at 13.00 on a Saturday and received the item at 12.30 on the Sunday! Incredible service.

Was placing an order on-line but wanted to query something. Got great support to my query by Chris in RS Watford, who then went on to support my order with a link sent to process my order to my requirements. Within 3 days I had receiver the complete order - RS don't hang about in progressing orders!

Helpful on line order staff who guided me through the purchase. Next day delivery was a welcome surprise. Happy to buy items again!

Fantastic prices fantastic service. Anca in the Watford branch was very helpful and answered all my questions. I bought a tv and soundbar a week before Black Friday and Richer Sounds honoured their VIP Club promise to match their cheaper deal on the day. I filled out a simple form and received an almost instant no quibble refund. You can’t beat that level of service. Well done Richer Sounds and the Watford Branch.

Two awful experiences within six months. Bought £2k worth of speakers in May '25. At the time I asked them about their delivery method. I was told they use DPD, I suggested they use UPS as they have cages in their trucks so the speakers can be kept upright. They said UPS are too expensive. I said make sure DPD knows the value and how fragile the shipment is. DPD driver drops the speakers onto road from a four foot height out of the truck. Richer Sounds had to replace both speakers due to damage. Ordered another set of expensive speakers this week. Reminded them of the previous disaster. This time the DPD driver left £600 of kit outside my door without ringing the door bell and buggered off leaving the kit in plain view for anyone to steal. I will never use Richer Sounds again. I have video and photo proof of both issues.
