Unbelievable great level of customer service not seen anywhere else . The guys there are absolutely brilliant . Service and price best you can find.

Great experience buying a hi fi rack and arranging for delivery on a specific day. I dealt with John who was very helpful and efficient. Delivery was exactly as requested.

I have made quite a few purchases from richer sounds over the last few montha to make my cinema room/media wall pop. The Philips Oled TV I just purchased has an excellent picture and is about as large as I would wish to go in the space. But the sound by the klipsh reference 5.1.2 speakers are the stars of the show. All supplied by Richer Sounds who have been excellent with advice, communication, price and delivery

The telesales team at Richer sounds really shone through when I was making my purchase. They found me the best price and helped me to pick a suitable day. The amazing service I always expect from Richer Sounds. The delivery was OK, but the box had been bashed a little bit by the delivery company (who clearly had a massively overloaded van).

From the moment I called I found the sale rep very easy to talk to,
He described all I asked about the LG G5 that I needed to know.
Including the fitting of the tv to the wall bracket provided with the unit.
Ordering was simple even added a discount for one thing or another and added a free LG Dolby atmos sound system for free.
Delivery was second to none
I was asked if I wanted next day delivery for £19.95 to which I declined as I was not in any hurry to receive the Tv
To my amazement the tv arrived the next day anyway

Excellent service, and great to talk to humans to clarify some issues with the payment. I originally spoke to a local store who advised and gave me the contact number so I could resolve my query.
Brilliant that the item was competitively priced and I was able to use a first order discount code plus my Blue Light card!
Delivery was super quick (2 days when ordered on the weekend).

Good clear communication and a £100 price reduction on the amplifier I needed. Prompt delivery but DPD did not deliver to my address even though I made sure I was home when the package was expected.

Spoke to Bowie in the Edinburgh shop via customer services. Top man, and a pleasure to talk with. Gave all the information I needed to get a order for the new Manhattan S4R due for release mid May. Explained everything.

No issues with this company. Had a warranty issue with a TV. Although I had to wait quite a long time and became frustrated, I know it was Philips who were the issue and not Richer Sounds. Nevertheless they gave me a credit which I used on new TV for my bedroom which was very appreciated as they did not have to do that. Theo was very professional and sympathetic and responded in good time to my queries. Can't fault them really. Buy with confidence!!

When my bluetooth speaker packed up after 5 years, I assumed that was it - but then I remembered it was covered by Richer Sounds' 6 year guarantee.
They attempted a repair, which was good to see, but that wasn't possible so they refunded me the credit on my account instead which I used for a new order.
At every stage they were efficient and helpful, no waiting in queues on the phone, dealing with AI chatbots or being passed from pillar to post as with so many other retailers.
Great to see that there are some companies that still value high quality customer service - will definitely use Richer Sounds again.
