I spoke to a real person pointing out that the item I wished to buy was cheaper elsewhere. This was quickly verified and not only matched but beaten by £5, which was more than I expected. Excellent service from helpful staff and a good price too.

My Freesat box failed after 5 years and Richer Sounds arranged for its speedy collection, repair (new hard drive) and return under its 6 year warranty. Following its failure and a spare circuit board being no longer available they sent a new Manhattan Freesat box at a discounted price by return. Overall an impressive, prompt, courteous and professional service with minimal inconvenience and expense. Highly recommended.

Needed a surround sound system to improve the performance of my new TV for movies so approached Richer Sounds again. Decided to use their telesales this time to save me a trip to the local store. The phone was answer quickly and the member of staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Ordered a SONOS system including speaker stands over the phone. Delivered the very next day! Excellent service, excellent products at a competitive price!

Once again RS you have excelled on price and delivery times, I ended up paying for next day delivery because we realised we would not be at home later in the week. Box arrived damaged and soon found tv screen was broken, many thanks to your team that sorted a replacement out for 8.30 am the following day, however this box was also damaged but TV was working ok. Our son uses a certain selling site and now refuses to use this courier due to damaged articles.

The 6 year guarantee drew me in, a decent offer on a Samsung TV caught my attention, called and ordered over the phone.
Delivery fell a day later than expected, spoke with Steve and he quickly resolved and got the TV delivered on time, good customer service right there.
The delivery was done well too by informing me the day before with my time slot and the driver called 30 minutes before he was due to arrive, once product was in my home the delivery company asked to speak with me on the driver's phone to confirm it arrived in good condition, very good delivery company.

I had a problem setting my new TV up. I called Richer Sounds, spoke to Adam ( I think from Milton Keynes) and the support he gave was fantastic. He worked methodically through the problem with me and within 30 mins the TV was all set up and working. Outstanding service - it's why I use Richer Sounds.
