John McCabe who dealt with my inquiry was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful, and a credit to Richer sounds.

Richard Sounds is my go-to company for HiFi and AV hardware.
Their prices and availability are always good.

I've been a richer sounds customer for many years,
I wanted to purchase several expensive items so obviously preferred the best deal I could get, after being underwhelmed with my experience in store (1 hours drive and being a cash buyer) I spoke to Vik at telesales who couldn't have been more helpful, he spent a lot of time going through my choices without being pushy and settled on a great deal,
I've yet to properly set up my system but happy with my experience.

When I contacted Richer Sounds about the price beat Jeff from telesales was excellent however when I called back a couple of weeks later and spoke to someone from the Bath branch he was very suspicious when I said that I had been offered a £100 discount because Amazon were selling US imports for far less. However the chap from Bath must have contacted Telesales and when Vic rang me back he honoured the quote which I had on email from Jeff. Normally Richer Sounds are brilliant so I was disappointed by the attitude from the chap at the Bath branch. The speakers are excellent of course.

This our 4th purchase from Richer Sounds.
We use them because they have a huge range/wide variety of options and choices.
Found exactly what we wanted on the website and phoned the telesales line.
Very helpful, very easy ended up buying the TV we wanted and also purchased a soundbar with full surround speakers.
Given a fantastic deal and the advantage of a 6 year warranty.
The home delivery they use is second to none!

I haven’t needed to buy TV or HiFi equipment recently, but remained on Richer Sounds email list so when I wanted to purchase a Pure Classic CD-6i I naturally thought of Richer Sounds.
I talked to a helpful gentleman by the name of John and by joining the VIP club I not only got a bargain price but a welcome £10 also.
The order arrived promptly, but upon unpacking I noted that the CD was faulty. I called Richer Sounds to report the issue and received a working replacement the next day.

Bought a Hisense TV from Richer sounds they gave me a great deal and even free delivery with their own delivery people who where kind enough to get the TV into a very awkward upstairs room!
This is not the first time I have bought from Richer sounds and the service is always the same...nothing is too much trouble for them!

Telephone sales knew their stuff, delivered swiftly

I'm returning to listening to vinyl after many years & as you can imagine, record players have changed quite a bit. The person I spoke to on the Telesales number was professional and friendly. He also explained turntables and speakers in a way a novice like me would understand without sounding or being condescending. I now have my new turntable and speakers and I'm so happy to be back listening to my old LP collection.

They always seem happy to help and are keen to offer their experience. With excellent warranty and repairs if needed, what more do you want and with the best competitive prices!
