5 star customer service
I always shop at Richer Sounds for my televisions, because not only do you get great personal service, but you also get a really informed explanation of the technologies.
The set I ended up buying is the best TV I have ever owned, and to my delight, they honoured their price match promise without a murmur.
My sales advisor was Oli- a 5-star service.

Very quick service hassle free ordered on Sunday and picked it up on Tuesday. Communication with richer sounds is great with phone calls all the way through the process even a call a week later to see how I was getting on with my new equipment.

The headphones are not the best design
The headphones are not the best design. They are always falling out of the ear. The sound is also not great in comparison with other brands priced at same price such as Nothing Ear Plugs.
