Not only did Richer Sounds offer the best value for money—forget John Lewis and its seemingly non-existent price-match promise—but the service I received was exceptional.

There was a problem with the delivery of my TV: the driver failed to ring the shop’s doorbell and, because it was before opening time, simply assumed nobody was there to accept the delivery and left. The delivery company itself was unsympathetic and unhelpful, despite my explaining that it was a large TV and I had arranged for someone to help me collect and set it up.

Thankfully, the Richer Sounds team could not have been more helpful. The staff member I spoke to assured me they would sort it out—and they did. The TV was redelivered to the shop that same day, allowing me to collect it with the help I had already arranged.

When I arrived, the staff were friendly, helpful and obliging. Excellent value and genuinely exceptional customer service—I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Richer Sounds.

Jon at Richer Sounds Norwich store was very knowledgeable and made the process of deciding on and buying my Argon TT3 Plus turntable an absolute breeze. The delivery was perfect and on time, and my new turntable was quickly set up and running as soon as I received it. I am very pleased with Richer Sounds and would always choose them to assist me with any purchases or upgrades.

I felt it was time to up grade my record turntable of some 10 years, so after finding online one that suited by needs, the staff in the Norwich branch were helpful, informative and polite, my items were delivered the following day, plus I had to return the following week as a problem (of my making) happened, the staff were quick to solve the matter and to place my mind at ease.

The offer i received for the Samsung TV was very competitive plus receiving a free Soundbar clinched it. The sales person (Roger?) was very helpful and knowledgeable. The technician who set up the TV and Soundbar was also very competant and helpful. The TV was delivered on time and the setup tech was also on time.

Excellent deal on Nebula X1. Very friendly staff when I picked it up at Norwich branch. The whole buying experience from enquiries before purchase to follow up after was first class. I chose Richer Sounds for the 6 year guarantee but came away feeling incredibly well looked after.
