Roger was extremely helpful in setting up a demonstration of a Fosi V3 amplifier which I then purchased.
Also, Isobel the new trainee, was very engaging and interested in what I was purchasing and why

Great customer service with really well priced products

I used to use Richer sounds in Cambridge, they are a fantastic, knowledgeable and helpful team, now I moved so bought my new purchase from the Norwich branch, again really nice to deal with, a really good knowledge of the product and very helpful, I will definitely be shopping there again.

I was greeted with a smile and thanks from Isobel for coming to Richer Sounds. I had come for a Click and Collect which was a concern as I had back trouble and carrying the speakers would prove difficult. She found the speakers and with her help we managed to fit them into my bag. I then needed an explanation about banana plugs and how to use them in the speakers and my Denon. She was clear with her response. Jon then came down to make up the wiring I would need for the speakers. All this time I was able to sit and take he pressure off my 76 year old back! Transactions complete, after a chat with Roger, Jon could see I would be struggling to carry the goods to the bus stop and he very kindly carried the bag during the 5 minute walk to the Park & Ride bus stop. I sent a "thank you" direct to the shop next day. This was clear and concise service explaining what I needed and then above and beyond with the help from Jon. An excellent crew.

I purchased an LG TV and was assured that a 6 yr warranty was included. I have nothing in writing to confirm the warranty is in force.

Very knowledgeable people at the Norwich store,spent a fair bit of cash there lately. Nothing seems to be to much trouble. Was convinced to spend less cash than was necessary. Got exactly what I needed.

I've been a Richer Sounds customer for many many years. The price level is very competitive and the service straightforward and always honest.

For this purchase we used a click and collect at the Norwich branch. The collection took less than a minute from arrival, ID check and assistance to my car. Hassle free as always!
