My experence was greatwith the saff and i could not fault them
The product faults was not their problem and they did everything to try and get replacements refungds etc they went the extra mile if i require any furthur products i will go to them as i have purchesed products from in the pastwhich werr very good.

The team in the store were really helpful. Very knowledgeable on the tech I was looking for and answered all my questions

Amazingly quick deliver of item not in stock, but DPD delivery not great. The packaging arrived in a flimsy polythene wrapper and the new amps box was knocked about and crushed on a corner. Fortunately the amp and contents were fine. Also DPD left it on the doorstep and didnt wait for an answer. Thankfully we were in.

Excellent advice form Richard in the Milton Keynes store - my mother was looking for a bedroom TV, and after listening to what she needed, Richard showed us some options including the Hisense, which we bought because of its Freely functionality and picture quality.

Although it wasn’t in stock when we bought it, Richard kept us updated on progress and was in store for the handover.

Excellent across the board. Very knowledgeable, friendly staff and a competitive price which matched or bettered any other offers available. Arrived promptly and I was contacted the day before with a time slot then again 1 hour before delivery. Cannot fault, 5 stars.

As always great experience and advice at hand. Purchased Sonos Mini-Sub and collected from store. With a 6 year warranty what’s not to like.
