Richer Sounds - Lichfield Recensioni 

This may sound like a tale of woe, and in some regards, it is. However, the response by Richer Sounds was extraordinary. I’ll explain.

I had cause to return a set of Sony HT-A9’s for repair, and as I had no longer possession of the boxes it came with, I had to get boxes delivered by the Engineer Department.

Due to what I can only describe as a series of unfortunate events, one of the two boxes appears to have been lost, and after a week, it was agreed that I could have a credit for the value. I did have to go to the Lichfield branch of Richer Sounds, but I managed to get a new system from them which was delivered a few days later.

I know this wasn’t an ideal situation, but it was handled in a very professional manner by Gary, and the staff at the Lichfield branch were so accommodating to me. The guy I spoke to also made what transpired to be a great bit of advice which I gladly took.

Great advice only wanted a TV for the bedroom.
Ordered on a Sunday and in store by Tuesday, staff gave me a ring to inform me that it had arrived. My wife picked up the TV and staff assisted her getting into the car.

Once again excellent advice calm and no pressure on my aspersion's and questions.

However I did try to order online but could not work out how to apply VIP discount. Staff in house did it for me but it meant I had to go to the shop.

I ordered a high-end turntable, and it happened to be in your warehouse, so was delivered promptly to the Lichfield store. Because I was suffering from back pain, a staff member helpfully carried the very big box to my car for me. Your independent turntable expert is to assemble the turntable at my house tomorrow. Really excellent service!

I needed a new tv for my holiday home that provided good quality/ value for money sub £500. The team at Lichfield store were great with my wish-list and pointed me towards some various options including a couple of British brands unfortunately the model I wanted was currently out of stock so I subsequently purchased the Hisense 43 pro7 which includes “freely” a must for our location. All in all a great buying experience as usual. Well done “ Richer sounds”

Great advise We wanted a new sound system for our tv our previous sound amplifier had broke,luca the sales assistant give great demo of the sonos arc ultra and what you can add to the arc ultra for top quality cinema sound and its up to your personal choice to add or not ,highly recommend Richersounds

Friendly informative staff, clean environment to look around.

I had some minor problems connecting my existing equipment to my purchase (Sound system to TV) this MAY have been avoidable if when ordering the new equipment the technician had asked what equipment I was attaching my new system to, this delayed installation by three days spoiling my experience.
Nevertheless, this is my third purchase from you (spending thousands of pounds each time) I will be returning in the future & will continue to recommend you to family & friends.

The staff (Luka) took the time to explain the ins & outs of modern Sony tvs (as i was interested in buying a new Sony tv), such as, LCD, MINI LCD, OLED & QD-OLED. In the end I went for the QD-OLED Bravia 8 mk2 on a great deal & the picture on this tv is out of this world. 6 year extended warranty thrown in. I wouldn't go anywhere else to get a tv.
