Easy to shop online but when you need to speak to someone it’s very easy to do so. Would definitely use them again.

We ordered our new tv on Monday did all the necessary prerequisite paperwork stuff over the phone and by Tuesday morning the following day our purchase had arrived so we’re very happy with the simple easy process and customer focus that was given to us brilliant

Website is easy to use and to compare products with a great range to choose from. Staff are always polite and helpful but aren’t pushy sales types.

We always use Richer sounds for our TV and Audio purchases, Staff are always very Knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy. We always use the Lichfield Branch, you can't beat old school buying and the staff are first class.
This is all in addition to the great prices and 6yr warranty on TVs

Ordered online for collection from the Lichfield store. Had a call from the store within 24hrs saying item was ready to collect.
Parking okay, store staff very helpful and attentive as we were seen to as soon as we entered even though they were having a large delivery.
Item given to us and we were asked if we needed any help with it. All in all very happy and would recommend this store and Richer Sounds as a store for all your audio/visual needs

Brought an item from them a week or so ago, click and collect, arrived before the proposed time. However, the item developed a fault which wasn’t their fault; I returned it and dealt with Dawn, she understood my issue and helped me out with refunding the item.

Would gladly do business with them again, professional from start to finish.
