Richer Sounds in Leicester are really good the guys are proactive, I feel for the guys as they are waiting for the supplier to update them on my speaker stands and although they keep me updated, their communication is good, and responsive - the supplier is not, so I don't want to tar them with the same brush because they are very active and have resolved the other issues.

Ordered an amplifier over the telephone, and the text message link for payment failed, due to a problem with the bank card security nonsense. The staff member at the shop decided to simply do it the old fashioned way, and took the number over the phone, which worked instantly, and my amplifier was delivered within two days.

I've been shopping at Richer sounds for over 20 years and their products and prices have always been really good. I recently purchased a Yamaha DAB amplifier and I'm very pleased with the sound and build quality.

Great Value, Leicester Branch price matched offer found elsewhere & advise given to allow new TV to talk to analogue sound system was spot on. Aftersales was excellent no query was too small or difficult for them to answer. Very happy with purchase and would recommend Richer Sounds Leicester to anyone.

Was in the market for an LG TV. Contacted RS Telesales and they informed me that there was a TV that I wanted in their Leicester store. Contacted the store and reserved it. All straight forward , and collected the LG TV the very next day. Staff in RS Leicester were fantastic as always, efficient and professional and always courteous. All in all, have been using RS for over 25 years for great advice and superb kit. I for one will not go anywhere else. 10/10 for everything again as usual. Thank you guys.

Great service from Janson Senior Sales @ leicester.
( I attended the store). Took time to listen to what I needed - to replace a 20yr old AV amp which died.
Checked the spec of my speakers as another shop told me I needed to replace them all - but not the case when Jason checked the spec. Jason recommended new speakers, just in case I wanted to change but said it was not relay necessary - but given they were also 20 yrs old I may want to in the future. Ordered new Amp over the phone the next day with the branch @ 1.00pm on Sunday and delivered at 11am Monday morning by DPD. exceptional.

Very polite and helpful member of the team took my order. There was no stock in store but I was happy with the delivery date given (I ordered Saturday afternoon, delivery date given was the following Tuesday). In fact the delivery was made on the Monday - a day early.

Ordered my new tv over the phone from the Leicester branch. Completing the payment was very simple with the guidance of the staff member. Received a phone call to let me know the tv gad arrived at the store. On collection the staff carried the tv outside and placed it in the back of the car. Richer sounds price the best I could find on the web. Very happy.
