I had a specific problem with my AVR setup nad the staff were really helpful in solving it. They also put together a sweet deal on a Paul Klipsch centre speaker which arrived the following day in perfect condition. Job done.

Telephone order took ages to make, order then went into limbo and i had to ring near the expected delivery date to kick start the process. However, the service after that was splendid.

I was seen straight away. I got helpful advice and concluded a purchase without any fuss. Delivery of my new TV happened the following day.

The whole experience was as good as it could be. Sunni and his colleague waited for an extra 15 minutes after closing so we could collect TV (needed to watch England World Cup game!). They are easily contactable in the store via phone and email (so important nowadays). And the TV is top quality at a great price! Could not do better!

We have bought all our TV's from Richer Sounds over the past 17 years. The staff are friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable. I switched brands with the recent TV I bought - It was recommended, and was good value. After the TV was delivered, I set it up and had difficulty with pairing it to the Sky remote. I called the store and a very helpful, patient chap helped me finish the set up process. Thanks for all your help, Richer Sounds in Kingston!

The order arrived sooner than expected, and ordering was easy. It has not been tried out yet as it is a birthday present for my husband. We will let you know the quality of the record deck after 5th August.

don't know, my instructions on delivery protocol and rs's terms of business (inspect goods b4 signing for them) weren't followed by the courier (rs's agent).

The TV I was looking for, at the most competitive price and in stock for collection. I called ahead to check the stock and my set was reserved so that I would not have a wasted journey. Six year warranty as standard. Friendly and helpful staff.
