I wanted to upgrade to upgrade to a very good 5.1 speaker system thein-store sales team helped me out over the phone on which speaker package to buy,very friendly and very helpful been going to richer sounds for years i would highly recommend richer sounds to my friends and family

Richard Sounds have always been my go to shop for hi-fi products they do everything they can to make sure you get the right product at the right price I have purchased many items from your store and I’ve always been satisfied with the service and the after sales service and I would not hesitate to recommend them

My experience of purchasing an item was made relaxed and straightforward with the customer assistance I received for a telephone enquiry and purchase. All was completed by very patient staff who very knowledgeable of the particular radio I ordered. Another brilliant deal and service. Manythanks RS

Ordered for click &collect on a Friday pm, received call from shop to say ready to collect on the Monday, can’t fault that, first class.

WE ORDERED ON LINE WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE NEXT DAY PICK UP BUT WAS THEN TOLD BY THE SHOP IT WAS NOT IN STOCK AND WOULD BE IN THE NEXT DAY. WE HAD NOT HEARD ANYTHING FROM THE SHOP SO WE WENT INTO TOWN TO ENQUIRE. WAS TOLD THEY HAD CALLED ME BUT NO MISSED CALLS ON MY MOBILE!!! IT WAS SAT IN THE BACK OF THE SHOP AWAITING OUR PICK UP

Great service and advise and knowledgeable staff always answer all my questions and sort out a great deal. Have used the Hull branch 3 times now and will do again.

I had a cd player delivered which turned out defective. I contacted Richards who immediately and with no hesitation set about resolving the issue. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Good knowledge by the staff, they did not push for a sale or to buy an item of higher spec than is needed. Listened to what you wanted and advised accordingly as to what might be best for you.

I have used Richer sounds Hull for as many years as I can remember, buying Hifi separates and TVs because of their knowledge, willingness to engage, advise, competitive prices and 6 year warranty.
Now 61 and disabled I rang the Hull store and spoke to their manager of 17 years. I needed a new TV, ad my 13 year old Panasonic plasma TV finally gave up. I listened to the managers advice and explained I was stuck in my chair for the weekend and couldn't get in the store. 6 hours later the manager personally delivered my new TV into my front room. That is understanding my needs and situation. He went above and beyond and I thank him for his personal service to me. My new TV is a Tcl, has fantastic picture and audio.
So, don't go anywhere else just go to Richer sounds Hull (if you live around here),

I received brilliant customer service from all staff at the Hull store. They were really friendly and helped me change the TV I ordered and gave me a discount on the soundbar that came with it and they even offered free next day delivery which was really nice.

Staff was very friendly and talked me through the tv I wanted,when the tv arrived I set it up and I'm really satisfied my with my purchase,I would definitely recommend Richer Sounds to anyone wanting a new tv at great prices
