Easy in store purchase with friendly and knowledgeable staff, and helpful delivery options

Fantastic advice and service from Steve, the manager of Holborn Richer Sounds.

Knowledgeable, friendly staff

Excellent service. Ordered over the phone and picked up from the store an hour later. They added carrying handles to the box which made my journey back on the tube more comfortable. My son was delighted with the turntable and has started his journey into the world of vinyl albums.

I appreciate Richer Sounds offering me a refund/exchange when a product wasn’t performing as expected. Full marks for their service.

The manager took my idea or plan, educated me & proved he had that special item, right up my street, happy purchase & will revisit again.

As usual I received exemplary service from Richer Sounds. I wasn’t quite happy with some speakers I had bought so they exchanged them for some other ones with no hesitation. They also made it really easy for me to do this via dpd. If only all companies took customer service so seriously.

The service from Richer Sounds is simply brilliant. Nothing is too much trouble for them, they will head out to see your house free of charge and provide advice as to the right TV and audio solution and will always give the right guidance on what products to buy (not simply the most expensive). They also always seem to have very compelling promotions on offer. The only place to buy a TV as far as I’m concerned. Special mention to Steve who heads the Holborn store in Central London.

As always, Richer Sounds are a top store.

I phoned the shop, they had in stock the Austrian Hi-X15 over ear headphones I had decided to buy, they put them by for me and next day I went to the shop and bought them. That's all good. Five stars. I think the only thing that might have improved the experience would have been if the salesperson had emphasised to me how very important it was to give the headphones time before they perform at their best. They sounded pretty awful when I got them home, unpacked the box and played piano music through them. Thin, clangorous, ghastly. But now, after several days and quite a few hours' use, they have improved immensely and sound really great.

I took a CD player under guarantee in need of repair. No problem and as the unit had been discontinued it was immediately replaced. I have used Richer Sounds Holborn for many years, they understand their products and are always helpful as well as being competitive in price. Bravo!
