Another couple of purchases from Exeter. Never been disappointed or let down and happy to recommend them. Good bunch of blokes in there who know their stuff.

Most importantly, the order was FAST! I ordered online and collected it in-store the next day. Fantastic!

The item was a bit cheaper on Amazon, but I thought I’d support a local business for a change. I know that’s cringe, but honestly. Problem is, I’m not sure I will next time. The order was really quick to pick up, but I definitely felt like I was in the way and they wanted me to scoot. I really appreciate the one member of staff who smiled at me, but everything else made me really embarrassed, and I don’t fancy it again.

I had a question I wanted to ask about the VIP Club, but in the heat of the moment I was too ashamed to ask: the ad says I’d get ten quid off my first purchase, but I didn’t. I was charged full price.

I’d definitely recommend Richer Sounds if you’re confident with AV, but I’ll avoid embarrassing myself again.

Very good customer care. Always helpful. I have been buying of them since the early days at London Bridge. Cyrus is spot on system. Nick was great.

Really pleased that I went into the shop, they were very helpful with everything very good customer service and really good delivery service very pleased and very pleased with my new television.

Anyway on to the Fosi ZP3 pre amp!
Having bought the Emotiva power amp a Very short time ago, getting rid of my CX-a 81mk2 meant I lost a sub out connection, and whilst if I had a sub with cable links, I could simulate the outcome.
Also trying a spare phono out socket left a bit to be desired!
Nothing else for it, I started to look for a pre with a sub out connection.
Many fitted the bill, but were around £800 and upwards, and I’d recently been swapping my other things, so I had to ‘pull in my belt’ a bit!
Mark at the Exeter store pointed out the uber cheap Fosi pre, which would have done the job ok, but the one up caught my eye.
Some amazing reviews from YouTube etc, so I decided on that one.
Mark found the only one across all the stores in Croydon,and called them immediately to arrange dispatch to my place in Torquay, then came the better news, it was reduced too!
That was on the Sunday,and it arrived Wednesday!
I quickly installed it ( read that , I installed it as quickly as a man who recently had a stroke, and only has one usable hand!) could do.
Switched it on, taking into consideration the only one criticism about the volume control, and was amazed!
How could the cheapest thing in my system improve it more than other, more expensive stuff?
No idea, all I will say is the Fosi ZP3 is an amazing piece of kit!

First time I have used telesales and all was positive. Especially Mark who sorted everything, including shipping to my local branch in Prestwich, Manchester.

Friendly helpful service. Honored extended guarantee without any quibble. Suggested repair may take up to six weeks but all sorted within about one week. Item beyond economic repair so replaced with a brand new equivalent from the only remaining manufacturer. Great service. Could not be bettered.

The Exeter store manager has worked for the company for 25 years so has a lot of knowledge and was able to recommend three amps for our demo visit, Their database keeps records of other products we’ve bought so was able to prepare our demo with suitable options. They allowed us plenty of time to try out and compare three options. The demo was crucial in making our choice and we are delighted with our purchase. The manager was also able to reduce the price a little as they had a returned(but brand new) product.
The only thing that could be improved is the demo room. It doesn’t have soundproofing so you can hear sounds from the shop and the road outside.

Very pleased with the assistance I received on the telephone to the Exeter shop. TV I was looking for was out of stock for next day delivery but I was recommended a slightly more expensive make. Received it next day and delighted with it! The only reason I haven’t given 5 stars is that I had to ring again to chase the email receipt.

Being able to audition in my own home a game changer. Your demonstration studio is valuable but testing with home acoustics and the rest of my setup is the real deal
