Originally went to the Eton High Street store and the Deputy Manager Zac, gave me some very useful advice, but I was not able to make a purchase there as I was not sure of dimensions of TV stand required. Once I measured up I made the purchase on line using Zac's recommendations and also taking advantage of the 6 year guarantees. Excellent service both in store and on line, delivery was also within the time slot given.

Telephone order placed easily after voucher did not work online

All the equipment is faulty and waiting ages to get it resolved

This was my 3rd TV purchase from RS, Eton branch. I went to store with an intension to buy a big TV but limited budget. Mr James and Mr Tony demonstrated number of TVs and finally recommended 73" TV within my budget. The quotation was quite competitive, compared to other stores and that comes with 6 years guarantee. TV was delivered next day early morning and fitted immediately.

Happy customer and surely next time will be visiting again.

Friendly knowledgable, relevant information and good prices

A very mixed experience with the purchase of a Panasonic TV. Friendly help in the shop from Tony and Zac on a Tuesday this month seemed worth a five-star review. When I phoned the next day to ask for advice on linking my new TV to my HD recorder, Tony did his best to offer help over the phone but without success. I asked if there was a TV engineer who could assist at my house and he offered to come himself, which I thought was very impressive and commendable. He said he would be in my area on the following Monday and would phone on Sunday confirm a time. He actually rang on the Monday morning when I was out and left a message and his personal mobile number for me to call back to confirm that I would be in for his visit later in the afternoon. This I did. However, there was no response to my two calls and a text. I phoned the shop the next morning and my call was answered by Tony. He simply said he been busy doing other jobs and brushed aside my query as to why he hadn't let me know. He then said he could come over on the following day but it would be after 5.00pm because they were doing a stock take and he would call me beforehand to let me know a more exact time. Again, no call and no visit. I waited a day and then texted him again but, as I expected, there was no response. I find this lack of communication all very bizarre and not a good advertisement for Richer Sounds' customer service, I'm afraid.

Tony took time to identify my needs. He gave us excellent one to one service. Taking time to set up equipment in the demo room including my existing speakers. He explained the features and benefits of the different models within my budget. His knowledge and enthusiasm made it a pleasurable experience.

Popped into the Eton branch for Bluetooth speaker after my trusted Cambridge yo-yo was end of life. The team recommended the JBL flip 7, sounded great. After an evening in the garden it still had 70% charge .

I went to the Eton branch. I was looked after by Tony, he was amazing, so helpful, I was new to smart TV. Tony pointed me in the right direction, recommended a CelloTV that comes with a 7 year guarantee & met my needs, it has good sound & picture quality, it was a good price. It was delivered to my house & I received excellent on going support. Tony went above & beyond with his help. Would absolutely recommend them. My friend had recommended them to me & I was not disappointed.
