I did a lot of research before I decided which items to buy and it was easier to see them all in one place. Ordering was easy and delivered to the shop the next day. The guys in the shop were very friendly and carried my items to the car for me.

Great service always, and it's great to know when you realise you are talking to experienced technicians. I have always liked to walk in to collect rather than get it delivered, as it gives me a chance to know more about my item.

Definitely would recommend this shop to anyone who needs advice and honest opinions about everything to do with sound. We love our new speakers and definitely be back for any other acquisitions. I was served by Zak who was able to answer my questions and offered advice. I had expected to order and collect later in the week but Zak noticed one in stock and then went himself to find the item when a colleague didn't manage to locate it. Very pleased with my purchase and will use the store in future.

New TV went wrong after three days, shop assistant was very apologetic and keen to solve the issue until he spoke to the manager who then changed the story saying nothing could be done. I later met said manager who went into denial and then started lying to me. Unforgiveable, lost my trust for this store and not likely to return.

Contacted my local store in Eton and talked to Zak who was very helpful. We talked through some options and he sent thought and quote with in 15 min. Very impressed with the service hence we ordered our new TV and sound bar from you and it was delivered very quickly and efficiently. Will recommend to my family and friends. The purchasing experience was fine (although the website didn't work very well) and the sign up process was also ok.

I opted for store pickup, this was delivered from a warehouse to the store by DPD, who for some reason sent me delivery updates directly. The last update I had from them was "sorry we missed you". This begs the question, how can you miss a shop?

After a phone call to Richer Sounds, they confirmed that it was actually delivered and awaiting me at the store (confusing and doesn't speak particularly well for DPD).

I collected the next day and the guys working in the shop were super friendly, a very nice atmosphere although the shop itself seemed a bit scarce with stock.

4* due to the confusing delivery and the iffy website but the store staff were ace and the experience was fine overall.
