Everything about Richer Sounds sets it apart and above other similar businesses. Staff are often very knowledgeable and always polite and keen to help, while the range of products, although not always as full as other places, are incredibly well priced and of good enough quality for most people to find an upgrade at good value.

I've shopped at something like 9 or 10 of their stores and can honestly say no bad experiences. Their open box offers, and the famous extended warranty they offer, are amazing for peace of mind - I've got so many incredible bargains through shopping around their website 😲

I wouldn't shop anywhere else for my audiovisual needs...

I have used Richer Sounds in the past and returned because of the knowledge the staff had. I was not disappointed this time either. I needed a new TV and went straight to Richer Sounds in Eton. The advice given saved me £300 from the brand I had expected to go with. I have had my new TV a couple of weeks now and couldn’t be happier with the picture and sound. Ordered online and chose click and collect, collection was easy from the Eton store .

I went into view a Samsung TV and James couldn’t have been more helpful. He not only had excellent product knowledge , he also gave me grey advice about installation.
The price match was quickly honoured too
