Gareth and Karol were fantastic, I received a courtesy call 15 mins before arrival. They were polite, courteous and respectful. They even said hello to Hero our boisterous Beaglier.

A very easy process, good staff in the shop, the delivery staff were fantastic, on time with the delivery, and offered some good advice,the product was in first class condition, very easy to setup, I felt if I had a problem the staff at Richer sounds would have been there for me. As a company I would definitely recommend them

Product arrived as expected, top service

The delivery time window was met perfectly plus the phone call just prior to delivery was most helpful. Both of the guys Zak and Ian were polite helpful and professional.

Trav delivered the TV and placed it inside for me. He clearly explained what I needed to do next and made sure everything was in place. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly throughout. Great service.

I ordered a 98" TLC TV, I did a bit of reasurch and it was this model or a hisense UH8 as I wanted android for the app.
The only problem was the instructions didn't show how to wall mount it very well. But I found a video on YouTube. The mounting point is very low so I had to drop the wall bracket, not a big issue, but I didn't realise it was so heavy until I needed 3 people to lift it up. But for the price its amazing value, sounds excellent as is the pictures. I'll watch lord of the rings tonight as I've never seen it before.
Next up a surround sound system.

Richer Sounds are always highly competitive priced, great selections and friendly and knowledgeable experts when visiting in-store. Hanley in this case. Delivery was exceptionally timely and courteous; Travis was an excellent company ambassador.

Ordered a tv, opted for the free delivery expecting a slower service. Delivery was made faster than one working day on a bank holiday, which surpassed all expectations. The delivery itself was exemplary, if only other companies offered the same service.

Our product was delivered by Trav and Rob, who couldn’t be nicer. The contact was superb and they accommodated our needs, especially with the delivery coming sooner than expected.

Absolutely brilliant… hope the TV lives up to the same levels of service!
