5-star service! Super fast delivery and great communication. They called ahead to coordinate the timing, and Tracy and Rob from the delivery team were incredibly helpful, bringing the package right into the house for us. Highly recommended.

Unwise to shop anywhere else
I use Richer Sounds exclusively as it combines first class product knowledge with good old fashioned customer service and excellent pricing. In addition it was delivered by Rob a staff member who gave me excellent advice about setup and also how to look after the screen. Highly recommended.

Our delivery drivers Karol and Paul were brilliant. Excellent customer service throughout. Polite, friendly and went out of their way. Checked where we wanted the tv put in the house and made sure it was safe and stable. Would definitely recommend!
