Zak and Ian were really helpful and considerate, calling to let me know when they'd arrive and then helping to carry the TV through to the room we were installing it to.

Excellent communication re order and delivery. Gareth and Mark kept us informed especially when they had to deal with our road closure and take a diversion.

Trav and Rob called us ahead of the delivery. They were polite, on time and put the TV in the room I wanted.

Ordered a lg 77” Oled tv, great service from Zak and Ian , text on morning of delivery with a 2 hour window, then a little later they followed up with a phone call, to say they were 30 minutes away.

On arrival they confirmed where I wanted tv and put it in the exact spot, both a credit to there company.

Tv has to stay in box until weekend, can’t wait to set up

The delivery team (Tracy and Trav) contacted me 15 minutes prior to the delivery on the date scheduled to ensure I was ready to receive delivery. They arrived spot on time and delivered the item very professionally and efficiently.

Staff at the Prestwich store in Manchester was so helpful with my TV entertainment that I required the delivery was seamless and the delivery drivers carried the equipment upstairs into my flat and was so friendly and helpful I would fully recommend richer sounds fantastic service

Gareth and Mark where great. There was only my wife to receive a large delivery and they brought the item safely into the living. Fully recommended and thanks 😁👍

From knowledgeable helpful advice on which 55 inch screen to buy from Hoole Chester store yesterday 07/09 to Mark and Gareth very friendly and efficient delivery today 08/09. Couldn't ask for better I always recommend Richer Sounds as I know that's what I will receive.
