I would say one of the best customer service in this specific industry, every time I phone for update on our order, Richer Sounds staff was amazing. Just because of this, I would never use any other company for my next big purchase.

Another great experience in purchasing a TV, coupled with a speedy delivery. Richer sounds never fails to deliver quality service each and every time. I purchased a TV and soundbar online and everything from start to finish has been brilliant, almost daily updates and delivered within timescale given, the two delivery drivers Mark & Zac were also spot on, rang to say they were on their way, brought everything into the hall, offered to move it into the living room, explaining what to do if I had any problems with the goods AAAAA Richer sounds!! Great prices too!
