Trav and Mark were spot on..arrived in the time slot having given us 30 mins notice....offered to take off thier shoes before coming in the house...both very polite and efficient...took pics of the delivery location....all done in minutes!....great lads.5 star

Email the night before with 3 hour delivery slot for following day.
On day of delivery SMS with two hour slot and link to track how many jobs prior to mine.
20 mins prior to deliver telephone call to say they will be with me in 20 minutes.
The delivery guys were friendly, respectful of property and placed items in room where requested. PERFECT 5***** service.

Great delivery of my new product, Gareth rang to inform me he was 20 minutes away, which was a great help.

I bought my previous TV from the Prestwich branch so I went back as I wanted a 55" TV. The service was really good and the Sales Advisor, Ellis, was really helpful and knowledgeable. The delivery guys, Trav & Mark, were very obliging. I would definitely recommend buying from Richersounds.

Craig at the Chester store provided brilliant customer service, both pre and post sale and I would happily recommend Richer Sounds without hesitation. Trav and Mark delivered my new TV today. They were very kind, pleasant and helpful and also had a great sense of humour, which is always welcome.

Trav and Mark were on time, they were very pleasant and understanding. They handled my product with extreme care, I would recommend them always.

We ordered a new Samsung Q990F Soundbar for delivery on Thursday 14.05.26 for delivery after 9am, I was awake at 8am & the Delivery company sent me a message saying they would be here for 8:15. They arrived and the 2 men were very friendly and did a great job bringing my package into the house, the main man recognised us a he delivered our Hisense tv last year. So all in all were very happy with the delivery company and Richer Sounds.

The whole proved was brilliant from start to finish. Staff in store were great and the delivery arrived on time. The delivery guy Karol was really nice, polite and helpful

Gareth and Paul delivered our TV this morning and thy were very polite and friendly not open TV as yet but was happy with delivery kept me informed

Friendly, helpful and respectful. Called ahead to make sure everything was ok and took the time to place the delivery in the living room rather than just drop it off at the door.
