Fantastic knowledgeable customer service. Great to know it still exists

We would give 5 stars to the staff at Richer sounds, Chelsea. They were patient, knowledgeable and really helpful. Except when it came to delivery and set up of TV. The staff were not really sure about how much we would be charged. We were left with the impression that it would amount to the same sort of price that John Lewis charge.
Our issues with outsourcing delivery and setup were three fold:
The gentleman meant to set up our TV did not contact us for well over 2 weeks.
The set up charges were far more expensieve than John Lewis.
We have been left with packaging for a 55'' TV with a proviso that we need to store it for a month in case the TV proves defective and needs to be returned to the store!

I ordered the speakers on the 12th and it seems to me that the customer isn't so important anymore, past orders have usually been a lot better than this one as I didn't receive the product until the 17th and had no message the night before telling me I was getting a delivery the next day, also the person I spoke with when I ordered didn't really tell me about all the drawbacks of the product like Bluetooth not working properly and although the speakers work fine with CD Computer and streaming devices they are a world of trouble with Bluetooth so my overall experience hasn't been that great, not what I expect from Richer sounds who I have always trusted to give me good advice, not this time

Excellent service - very helpful staff and really quick delivery - was expecting a week or so but the person I spoke with managed a next day delivery. Also can't beat the Richer Sounds 6 year warranty!

The staff at richer sounds Chelsea were very helpful and friendly and approachable and they set up my turntable for me.
It was much appreciated and one happy customer.

Everyone I spoke to was polite and helpful. My television was 5 years old and they were unable to repair it, I had a 6 year guarantee so they gave me money off a new television. I was kept up to date with the delivery date and time.

Was going to buy a turntable that had great reviews over all major platforms. But I wanted to hear before buying, chap set up another turntable to compare and to be honest his choice was much better than my choice when listening to both turntables and I was grateful for his expert advice,so the point being listen before buying instead of taking views of major platforms

The teams overall support at the store was incredible. The new manager was very helpful and they price match another offer from a competitor and setup a demo without a prior appointment. But the most important part was the service of the team. They even delivered my speakers personally the next morning is I could get them faster. I’d shop at this location again.

Helpful, pleasant staff as always at Richer Sounds. Served by the ever polite and friendly Darren, I had the same positive experience I have always had shopping there.

On a previous visit the staff were very patient in demonstrating a number of different speakers for me. When I eventually returned to make a purchase they offered me a good deal.

Happy to support a company that offers good service and has physical shops.

The staff at richer sounds Chelsea were super friendly and helpful.
I wanted to take my music listening up a level and didn’t think I was utilising my new headphones to their potential through my iPhone .
I was interested in the astell and kern sr35. As I’ve never owned a dpa player before so was unsure how much of an improvement it would be.
I needn’t have worried. I can’t stop listening to music now and it’s making me listening to different genres now . Anything where the player makes me hear things in more detail and clarity. I did ask when buying it if I would notice a difference. When they said yes I was still a bit dubious . True to their advice. What I hear now is just better in every way.
Richer sounds always have a superior service. They just seem to care more and are interested in making sure your satisfied.
