Helpful staff and very friendly
We were pleased with our experience

I've been after a particular PC monitor and pestered this shop a few times as to when stock was coming in, today it was available but I couldn't get to the store so I called and spoke to Tommy, who was excellent and hand-held me whilst completing the sale by phone, he then explained every scenario regarding delivery etc. Thank you. There aren't many top quality shops left on the High Street, selling at internet prices, even less with dedicated and knowledgable staff, Richer Sounds, Bromley is one of them, use them, they really are great!!!

One thing I'd offer as constructive feedback is tracking orders to delivery to the end user with their delivery company.

We called to sales line only to confirm that stock was availaable and delivery certain. Jerome took our call in sales. He was friendly, helpful and informative.
We performed the purchase over the phone. Everything happened the way that Jerome explained. The delivery company communicated they way he explained and delivery was on time, to the room we wanted and the box was undamaged.
Jerome was in Bromley and our item was delivered to Birmingham, next day. They didn't use the larger parcel delivery companies.
We have been singing the praise of Jerome and Richersounds to our friends and family. We will certainly use them again for other elecrrical goods.

Brilliant as always. Bought some faulty earbuds for Xmas online. Went into my local shop in Bromley and they took care of everything. Love the staff. Love the company. It’s the only place I buy all my electronic entertainment products. Thank as always to Richer sounds.
