We went into Bristol shop to see about buying tv and had a friendly greeting and excellent service from Linda . She was very patient with us and we were very impressed. Tv arrived next day and it is just what we wanted.

The level of and information is second to none. I've spent thousands over the years with Richer sounds and wouldn't go anywhere else for my tec. Every member of staff has been so knowledgeable and spends so much time explaining things. Keep up the good work.

Generally we use a secure e-mail link for remote transactions, as the safest way of accepting such payments, although can accept payment over the phone if necessary. Very rare these days to get such good customer service
I rang the number, it was answered within a few seconds. The guy was very polite and well informed and sorted me out with the right TV in minutes and ensured I had it delivered on time. It is very rare these days to deal with businesses like this which just make it an easy pleasant experience
