I love Richer Sounds. The staff are knowledgable, patient and lovely, they price match, you're supporting the high street by shopping there, and crucially they sell great products. No reason to look anywhere else.

We went into the London Rd Brighton branch, knowing we wanted a turntable but not knowing much else.

The staff were all very helpful and knowledgable, and gave us lots of useful advice without pressuring us to buy anything. When we had found what we wanted, they ordered it in to the store and it was ready to collect a couple of days later.

We bought a record player and amp from Richer Sounds for my son. OMG it’s so amazing and I did t go for the best model. So happy. The customer service is just amazing. They speak to you like a real person and not through tec geek terms. So I could understand :)

Bough projector from Richer Sounds Brighton. Staff helpful in finding the right item for me. When I got it home, it transpired that it did not suit my requirements. They sourced a more suitable alternative, ordered it into store and seamlessly swapped my item for the item that better suited my requirements. Extremely helpful. 

Excellent service! My 3 year old tv stopped working properly, so they arranged for it to be fixed, and due to the waiting time for parts needed, offered me a very fair price of credit to put towards a new tv, should I want that option.
Ordered a new ( even bigger tv) with no problems, and had it delivered the very next day.
The 6 year warranty is an absolute godsend.
Wouldn't purchase a tv from anyone else.

Toby was brilliant, great advice, bought from him twice now because of his friendliness and being very knowledgable.

Brilliant customer service from RS Brighton. I love this store, but the reason I love it is because the people who work there are AMAZING, knowledgeable, patient, they go the extra mile, they truly appreciate our custom and want us to come back again. RS pricing and their price promise is genuinely great. I want to give a special shout out to ‘Rosie’ she is wonderful to her customers and she gives us all her warmth and confidence plus her awesome customer service.

Team Brighton!! Sterling work in pulling together a bonza deal for me.
Whilst Toby did most of the heavy lifting, he was ably supported by Rosie (when he was on his day off) and Charlie (who robbed me blind ... aka dealt very proficiently with finalising the financial transaction).
Both Toby and Rosie responded to my many emails, looked to hold stock and were just super helpful in helping me locate the two TV's that I was looking for.
Despite me changing the products I was after, Toby developed and provided quotes, which were too good to miss.
Whilst I haven't received my two new TV's yet, I am super excited to get them installed.

If you're after TV / Stereo tech, you'd be a fool to go anywhere else. #RicherSoundsRocks

Excellent and courteous service by Toby and colleagues. We had a problem connecting our TV to our fibre hub and Toby emailed some instructions to us so as to overcome our problem
