The ordering process was nice and the shipping was good. The product, while attractive and full of very fun games, did not withstand regular use. Screws tore out of the particle board cabinet, causing the volume controller and one joystick to fall inside. There is no repair or return option, unfortunately, so I'm forced to find a way to fix the joystick and the volume controller myself. Since I live in a small community without electronics support, we have had to make do with a broken machine. Retroactive Arcade seems to be owned and operated by nice people, but they don't have the capacity to adequately deal with service needs out of their immediate area.

Great experience with RetroActive Arcade…
My experience with RetroActive Arcade Ltd. was excellent and exactly what I hoped for. I asked questions by email and they responded very, very quickly. The product was in stock when they said it would be and it arrived when they said it would. I’m happy with the quality of the 60-in-one multicard I ordered - all the games play well and look great. I’m also thrilled that there is a Canadian company that not only sells arcade parts and equipment, but also has good customer support and online resources. When I need more parts, I’ll be looking to them.

Orders a coin op door and came in as described on the site. Had some setup issue but a call to thier friendly customer service line fixed it . Happy dealing with them and will purchase again if i need something for my arcade cabinet.
