Everything great, console is great but I feel like I overpaid for the console, price was high!

Nearly 3 years since I ordered my beast 4 player arcade cabinet, and it is regularly played - just so many classic games! Build quality is top notch - the care Retroactive puts into this shows. It's built like a tank, and nearly weighs like one too (thankfully, the Beast model comes apart to move up and down stairs). It's not a mass produced product, but a well crafted personalized piece that sits beautifully in my rec room and makes me smile every time I see it. Well worth it. The couple things that I did have questions or issues with (a button didn't work on the 4th controller) their support was quick and responsive to walk me through fixing it (it's a 250 lb cabinet, so likely not moving to get fixed! lol). Pac Man, Galaga, Centipede - you can easily get these games on phones, Xbox, so on...but it is such a different experience using a proper arcade joystick or trackball.

Very good service. My upright arcade machine looks great, is excellent quality and has all of my favourite classic arcade games. I did a lot of research before my purchase and would definitely recommend Retro Active arcade.
