If I could leave a review with negative stars, I would do so. I have been trying to deal with Reserv for over a month now after an Amazon van backed into my parked car. The Reserv adjuster is incompetent and purposely dragging out the whole process. I was told if I wanted a faster response that I should file a claim with my own insurance company. I am 0% at fault in this incident. I provided all information, photo evidence, police report and estimates in a timely fashion to the portal that Reserv provided. The adjuster continues to ask for information that is in the portal. I have googled Reserv and see that it is a venture-backed company. I would venture to suggest that Reserv is shell of a company and the investors were taken advantage of during the raise. While I await the response from Reserv, I am documenting all interaction. I am also adding this to the online, public reviews of Reserv so that will be documented as well.

A fraudulent and unethicalcompany that will reject claims even when video evidence is provided.

They are a company that handles Amazon claims for property damages. I had a delivery from Amazon from Ics Delivery Systems who decide instead of using the turnaround area in my driveway, he will back out over 900 feet and ran into the ditch. The delivery company sent in a tow truck on my brand new driveway that tore up my driveway. That was crushed asphalt milling. My repair estimate was over $10,000 and Reserv low bold me with $2100. On top of that Ics systems, which is the delivery service or dragging their feet on trying to pay me I decide to contact the news channel and retain an attorney.

One of the surpassing business qualities of Reserv insurance I have found beyond all other insurance companies I have dealt with is that they exceed in lack of accountability, lack of good faith, and lack of professionalism. It is a sham of a company. Clearly the only way they have stayed in business is because they are good at pulling in investors, giving insurance seminars to talk about how great A.I. is lol, and good at dodging liability. A Amazon driver drove over my septic tank with video and photo evidence and police report. Reserv denied the claim.

An Amazon truck got stuck in the mud in my driveway/yard for almost 3 hours. Reserv asked for pictures and an explanation, which were all valid. I got an estimate from a recommended landscaping company of about $800. Reserv offered $328 and stated they could send me the money electronically with only my email address. That didn't sound legit and I requested a paper check instead. It's terrible that Amazon would neglect their customers this way.

Worthless AI company that Amazon hires to take care of their incidents. Best of luck getting anything done through this horrid company.

An Amazon driver hit my car almost 3 weeks ago. Today I finally got a message saying they estimated my damages and wanted to know where to send the check. I asked what their estimate showed, what the amount was, and for a copy of the estimate. I advised that I had filed a claim with my own insurance since they had been ignoring my claim for weeks. Rather than share the amount and the estimate, they said since I filed with my insurance they were closing my file! Just because I initiated a claim does not mean I want to proceed with using my own insurance for an accident their insured driver caused. It means I want to see their estimate and know the amount before I accept it and close MY own claim that I never should have had to file. I have already heard horror stories about them underpaying and stalling on reimbursement for months at a time. Why would you not share the estimate and dollar amount? Why would I not want that before I accept the money? You guys are INSANE! I’m filing a complaint with the insurance commissioner. I seriously hope there are enough complaints that they take some kind of action against this company. Considering it’s been almost 3 weeks since the Amazon driver side swiped my parked car and my driver door won’t even open, I’d say your service is bullshit.

This company is by far the worse they wanted to pay me 600 dollars for a 3500 accident. It took them over 4 months to issue payment. They also provided me with a check that my bank would not cash! The bank stated insufficient founds. I had to call multiple times and every time I request a supervisor for payment they say it was already issued. I paid my body shop out of pocket to pick up the car. And tried to collect the difference and they refuse to pay it. If hit by someone who has this insurance then file a claim through yours and collect your money back!

This company have held my work vehicle for over one month refusing to liase with the approved repairer.

And any complaints are given an 8 week allowance.

My Tyre blew 5 weeks ago pushing my vehicle into a parked vehicle.

I am still awaiting news as to whether the vehicle will be repaired or a loss.

A amazon driver hit my new truck while backing out of a private residence. The driver called his manager while I was there and informed him of the accident. We took photos including the drivers drivers license and registration. I filed a complaint through Reserv per amazons instructions.I uploaded the photos and explained what happened. Reserv said they will take liability, told me I could get it fixed where I wanted too and told me they would send me an estimate based on the photos to take to my collision repair, and now I have heard NOTHING back in order to get my BRAND NEW (1 month old)truck. It has been a MONTH since this happened.

This company is subcontracted by Amazon. In April, a driver backed into my fence, breaking a post. The driver reported the damage himself, while still at my house. I had to submit a report twice to Amazon before I was referred to the Reserv Claims service. My claim refusal was managed by Isai, and the requested photos were supplied, except a photo of the truck, which left over a month prior to the report, after the delivery. As is apparently the status quo, the claims refusal service said there was insufficient evidence to support the claim, and closed the claim, even though the driver reported the accident at the time that it occurred. This is a horrible reflection on Amazon to associate themselves with such a shady company with such a lack of integrity. This will definitely impact my purchases from now on, and I do daily ordering with Amazon.

Follow up on this review-
After this review was posted, the claim was reopened, liability was accepted.I was assigned to a new adjustor, Arthur Aleman. Still awaiting complete resolution, but seems promising so far. Will follow up with any pertinent information.

FINALLY received compensation for the repair of my fence. I have decided to adjust my rating to a 3. Arthur Aleman's integrity and willingness to continue to seek a resolution is worthy of a 5. However, 173 days is an unacceptable amount of time for the resolution, because of poor case management, and the complete closure of the case by a lazy case manager (Isai) in the first 2 or 3 months following the incident. So, based on my experience, Reserv may be a legitimate business trying to perform a service as long as the proof is there, but Reserv needs to be much more careful in selecting employees with integrity that are more like Mr. Aleman, rather than those looking for an excuse for a quick settlement like Isai.

Amazon uses this company for traffic incidents. I provided a police report and pictures to Amazon Amazon then push me off to a Reserv adjuster where they refused to do anything until I gave them the police report the same pictures plus additional pictures. Then, after five weeks they sent me to a different reserv for an estimate and would not move forward without pictures again. Now after several more weeks, they closed that case and opened another one requesting pictures again. This company is terrible. It has been 11 weeks now with no resolution.

I was hit by an Amazon delivery truck, I was told Reserv would be handling the claim and they just didn't. No response to my emails, then after two months they said I had to talk to another insurance company. Brilliant business model, they just wait until the claimant gets fed up and they close the claim.

I am very disappointed with my experience.

My vehicle (private hire taxi) was taken to this garage through my insurer following an accident on 9 January 2026. As a full-time driver, this is my only source of income, so delays have a serious impact.

The vehicle has been at the garage since mid-January, and there have been significant delays with poor communication throughout. I was given several completion dates which were not met.

On a recent visit, I found that the vehicle was still not repaired, and a key part (headlamp) had not even been installed despite being available. Staff provided conflicting information, and I was informed there had been changes in management and involvement of another company.

As of today, I am still without my vehicle and unable to work.

This situation has caused significant financial hardship and stress. I understand delays can happen, but the lack of organisation, communication, and accountability in this case has been unacceptable.

I hope this feedback helps improve the service for future customers.
