I opted out and they still keep trying to charge my card

This is a scam and rip off stay away,all the houses are to be financed,no one wants to rent to own I talk to over 50 different people and lenders who said they never heard of the program, when I call to discuss it or complain or to try and get a refund they gave me the run around the guy was very rude, this place is a scam I’m warning you to stay away

Don’t waste your time and money. These people are crooks and Lowe’s.

Super poor customer service literally told them was in hospital with cancer give me a couple days to go thru finances because you do have to be pay bills literally was ignored and the conversation was based on when can you make payment etc .

So had enough went to rent a center to see what it will cost me . So came back and asked them how much do I owe on my account and still was ignored because makes sense if possible I’d go with rent a center based off money . Still no response since that day .

I tried to cancel rent2owninc.com account but they insisted on giving me an 80% discount...what part of "no" don't these people understand?

The site helped me move in to a place of my dreams, I paid the 7 day trial $1 fee and I got the home in four days while using the site, this was a great experience for me, so guys always verify you’re on the correct site before posting a review. Also the customer service is open from 8am -10pm eastern time.

I canceled this prescription last week I want to thank but you charged my card for $48 can you please cancel that prescription unsubscribe me please. Take me off your list. It was no help to me. Thank you and have a wonderful day.

This company as stolen $49.60 from me and keep saying they refunded it back to my account but I have not still gotten any of my money back fraudulent company.

this company is TRASH ! DO NOT USE THIS . ive tried for a month and a half and cant even see anything. LET alone when you call to cancel the " membership " they just try to knock it down , and then after that i still GET CHARGED 50$

They are shifty. There is nothing on the site that cannot be found elsewhere. I tried to cancel and when I call, it says they are closed and when I push the 1 to cancel, it hangs up on me. They are unreachable. Do not accept their trial or give them your information. I regretted it. I had to cancel my debit card to get them to stop charging me. Steer clear of this company.

This rent2own site is terrible, I signed with them to find a home, all they have is trash, I went and cancel the membership with them somehow they went and took money out of my account. they are bad company. I hope no one go in this site to look for houses, they terrible. and they good on taking your money.

The website barely has any homes and most of them are foreclosures you can purchase NOT rent to own properties. I signed up for the trial and then forgot to cancel and was hit with the $50 a month fee. Who would ever pay $50 a month to use this site?!

These people are CROOKS!! AVOID THEM AT ALL COST. They just want to sell you a credit monitoring system. Do NOT DO 7 DAY TRIAL...they will NOT cancel and will bill 49.00 a month anyway. No way to reach them. Mail is returned as undeliverable and emails are bounced back. When they get too many complaints they just change their advertisement email address. I signed up for the 7 day trail looking for a rent to own home for me and my family. Every contact I pulled from that site said their property was NOT rent to own. I used the site for three days max. I then submitted to cancel my subscription. I found a has on my own with NO help from this site. Then a couple weeks later my bank account gets hit for $50.00. I reached out to the company and they send me an email saying basically it is my own fault and I can apply for a refund but doesn't mead I will get it. Needless to say I would NEVER recommend this site to anyone.
