Scam. Bought a dress from this shop but it wasn’t legit. It says origin is italy but actually came from china. When i asked for a refund they are only willing to compensate you $5-8 for a dress worth $19 plus tax. They probably change their name too. Their ads are on instagram and fb, same ads different store names.

update: found another store with the same ads and pics but different name called bizartre

These people say they delivered when they did not and I have proved it. They just ignore you treat you like an idiot and take your money. Stear clear of them they are a joke !

they never delivered the Item. wont refund. want to charge me for loss of Item. when I asked for proof of deliver they couldnt give it to me. they gave me a tracking number said it was USPS but it wasnt. they just took my money.ordered for a chritmas gift.

Awful product and company.. I bought Broadway Monopoly… unreadable , unusable $42 .. they said they would refund $4

Complete scam website. Do not order anything. Only gave one star because zero stars is not an option.

SCAM ALERT - Stated when i was charged more than stated, check your transactions! immediately asked for refund, they appologized for the mistake and credited me the difference but refused to cancel my order, now they wont send return info.

Not sure what is going on, but unfortunately I ordered and paid for something online and so far, no tracking number has been provided. It's been two weeks since I ordered it. Not looking good. Especially after reading reviews (after the fact). I reached out to their support email and got a very fast answer that said this: "Sorry to keep you waiting.
We have asked the carrier to expedite the transportation speed.
But sometimes logistics would have delay.
We've urged the update of your order status.
Please kindly wait for its delivery.

Relativelk is a scam company. An item I ordered a month ago has been 'lost in transit' for over a month. It's still yet to arrive. They use Tracking Hub which is also accused of being a scam company.
No one knows where this company is based. The tracking info states that it originated in Greece. This is a different case from 3 weeks ago which stated the origin as being from China.
Stay far, far away.

Relativelk customer service is an absolute joke. If you’ve ordered anything from these people, kiss your money goodbye, and good luck getting any sort of headway.

I thought the Apple CarPlay adapter would be nice to have, but I never received it. They said it was shipped and delivered, but nothing arrived at my house, and my local post office knows nothing of it. Customer service even gave me the wrong tracking number during an email back and forth. I hope everyone reads these terrible reviews before losing money and getting scammed.

I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. The product listing clearly states that it is a Wireless CarPlay Adapter for iPhone & Android, which strongly implies that it supports both Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. That was the main reason I bought it.

However, once I received and tested the product, I realized it works only with iOS devices (Apple CarPlay). There is zero support for Android Auto, making this product useless for Android users like me. What’s worse, the product description provides no clear disclaimer or detailed specs indicating that it only works with one platform.

This is false advertising and completely misleading. I reached out to the company for a refund as per their "30-day money-back guarantee," and I hope they stand by that promise. But the fact that I have to go through this hassle is frustrating.

I feel cheated, and I will not be purchasing anything from this site again. I’m also sharing this experience here so that other potential buyers don’t waste their money expecting a dual-compatible device when it’s only iOS-compatible.

I ordered from them and got the run around as to why my item was never shipped. They said delays, then Trumps tarriffs, then they said it shipped but they didn't have any tracking info. A bunch of BS from a scam company. One instance says they are in Phoenix, another says the UK, but their Paypal info lists a telephone number in China. Do not trust them.

Products are not as advertised. I Purchased $50 worth of what was supposed to be double sided bookmarks for pressing flowers (school project) and I received flimsy single layer plastic with a print. I sent photos and a return form only to be denied. Total scam.

They sent me a product that didn’t remotely looked like the or on the picture on the website. Completely wrong size and they delete all negative reviews on their own website. They guarantee 100% money back of you are not satisfied but that just empty words.
