I placed an order and tried to cancel five minutes later decided I didn’t want the product and they would not allow to cancel. This is the worst company I think I have ever dealt with.

I ordered 24 valentine heart shaped watercolors. I received 1 out of 24 with 48 tags with no string. The 1 I received was broken. I have spent this whole month trying to get them to make this right. They are now saying I only ordered one and would only send 1 kit. Why in the world would I spend $24 for 1 kit. I can buy 24 off amazon for $29.99. I’m extremely frustrated. I wish I would have read reviews of this company. What a waste of time and money. Someone should shut this company down. It is 100% fraud. I did request my money back at fist bc I no longer needed the items bc it was too late for valentine. They first offered me $4 then $6 back. This is terrible!

I also ordered the valentines paint palette sets. I received 1 palette and 24 cards. And it didn't even arrive in time despite how early I ordered it. Complete scam. Receipt doesn't even show how I paid, so Im having to go through every account to find it. Lesson learned.

I had the same experience that many other have shared regarding the watercolor paints... Ordered them Jan 9th, received over a month later and not what I was expecting....

If you have had this same experience, please file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission in order to have this company investigated for their bad business practices! It's quick and easy to do. Just google "file a compaint with the FTC".

Scam! I was also cheated by this company in their Valentines paint set scam. Paid for 24 paint sets for my students and received one paint set. Just don’t understand how they get away with it

I had a similar experience with the Valentine's paint set. Thought I was ordering 2 school sets and then got 2 individual sets with 40 cards. What's really driving me crazy is I can't find the original post or product and now the product does not advertise that it came with multiple paint sets so I don't feel like I have any way to fight back. Please don't buy from this website. My biggest lesson from this was don't click through on cute looking posts from IG before checking out the seller first. I was trying not to just buy from Amazon but when I realized they weren't going to come in time (if ever or even be incomplete which they were) I ended up having to order from Amazon anyway.

Bait and Switch Scam - Do Not Buy From FORCIPOWER

The Product: I ordered the "Mini Watercolor Paint Set for Valentine's Day | Romantic Art Gift".

The Bait & Switch: The product imagery advertised multiple paint sets. However, I was sent exactly one single paint palette accompanied by 24 gift tags.

The Overcharge: On top of sending an incomplete order, they overcharged my PayPal account by $8.69. When I called them out on this, they blamed a "system error" and refunded the overcharge , but still refused to refund the rest of the order.

The Return Trap: This company engages in deceptive return practices. My package was shipped to me from a domestic address in Los Angeles, California. Yet, when I demanded a refund for the missing items, they refused to provide a prepaid return label and told me I had to pay out-of-pocket international shipping to return the item to a warehouse in Anhui, China.

Unacceptable Customer Service: Instead of honoring their advertised product or providing a US-based return option, their customer service team tried to wear me down by offering escalating, lowball partial refunds of $4 , $9 , and $13 to just keep the incomplete item.

Conclusion: I had to escalate this to PayPal as a fraudulent transaction. Do not buy from FORCIPOWER or their parent company, TECHEN NETWORK TECHNOLOGY LIMITED.

This company is an absolute fraud. The product listing clearly advertised 8 individual pallets of pain per order, which is the only reason I placed my purchase. Instead, I received only one paddle per order — completely misrepresented from what was advertised.

No reasonable buyer would knowingly pay $25 for a single pallet of kids paint when major retailers sell the exact item for around $5–6 each. The listing is clearly designed to mislead customers into thinking they are purchasing a multi-pack.

This is false advertising and deceptive business practice. Buyers should be extremely cautious before ordering from this seller.

I will be pursuing a refund and reporting this listing to the platform.

Avoid at all costs.

Horrible experience. Same as others, ordered what I thought was 40 palettes of paint for valentines day and I received 2. They are offering me $6 to keep them. I paid $40 for them. BEWARE...don't buy anything from this site.

Absolutely a joke of a company. Do not order this is some weird scam. I have the same situation as everyone else with these paint pallets. I spent $55 for 4 sets and received 4 paints. Crazy.

Seems like a scam. Ordered a 30 pack of Valentines Heart shaped paint pallets for V-day at school, only got 1, now they are offering only a 3 refund. Probably another scame! Also ordered on 1/09/2026, and got on 2/13/2026

I ordered 20 watercolor palettes for Valentines Day for my students over a month ago and still haven’t received them!!! Obviously a scam and now I have to go last minute to pick something up for them.

Same as others. I purchased a pack of 20 Valentine's Day Heart-shaped watercolors, and they mailed me one piece instead of 20 pieces and charged me more than $35. They did send me labels for 20. But not the actual items.

I purchased two sets of 24 Valentines watercolor paint sets (little cheap plastic sets for my sons to hand out at class on Vday). This would have been a total of 48 little sets for almost $44.00. First, they charged me $58.00 when it should have been $44.00. Then, a full month later when the package arrived, they had only sent 2 paint sets instead of 2 sets of 24 and they were both BROKEN! I wrote to them and they acted like I was only supposed to get 2 little plastic paints for the price of $58.00!! You can buy these at Dollar Tree for $1.00!!! Anyway, they admitted that they "Accidentally" overcharged me to begin with and "Said" they would refund the $13.00, but instead of refunding me the remaining $44.00 for the broken, incorrect order, they offered to refund me $4.00!!! $4 DOLLARS!! I am disputing with my credit card now and would advise EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I would give them ZERO stars if I could. They popped up in an ad on FB and would have been a cute idea, so I should have known better, but you live and you learn.

Same as everyone else, ordered two full sets of paint palettes, received two *individual* pain palettes instead. Took FOREVER to arrive and now it’s two days until Valentine’s Day and I have nothing.

100% scam - don't order from this company. Received ONE set of watercolors instead of the 24 promised and now customer services is gaslighting me.

Ordered a set of paints for valentines day goodies. Selected the amount for there to be enough for each child in my kids class. Received one paint..
It would have been better if we went to the dollar store. When I sent an email they offered a two dollar refund.

Horrible. Ordered 2 sets of heart shaped valentines paint sets for my kids classes. They just sent me 2 paint sets and a bunch of tags. This is not what I ordered and they’ve completely removed the listing from their website now. Very frustrating and misleading company. Took over a month to receive items and so far haven’t received a response from customer service.

horrible waited a month to receive valentines with water color paints they sent me one paint pallet instead of the 20 or so that were suppose to be sent and now they are telling me i need to send it back and pay for shipping to get a refund. will never shop again.
