SCAM!
It's a scam—be careful.

Ordered my frilly sambas back at the start of July. Had tracking the next day. the number didn't work to actually track. Emailed a few times but had no response. Its now September still no trainers, response or refund!!
is there anything that can be done ?

Total scam. Ordered through TikTok and my Samba's never arrived. There is no response to emails, and the order email takes you to an unsecure website to track. The tracking just says shipped and does not update - it has been over a month now.

I ordered 2 pairs of Mary janes frill trainers on the 16/7/26 did not receive an order number or tracking number and have still not received them I have sent 2 emails an still haven't received a reply from yous

I placed an order with Zoelana one month ago. I still haven't received my order and I have emailed them twice with no response. I find it a coincidence too that my credit card has been used fraudulently too since placing the order. Be very careful.

Ordered 7th July emailed for updates and heard nothing back, still not received the shoes this is a scam. Ordered of the TikTok ad having to claim back through my bank. Avoid shopping with this shop it was too good to be true…

No updates, tried tracking but nothing,, scam !!!, and if I do receive, my item probably fall apart when I open it

Ordered on 6th July never received order and numerous emails to this Jonathan and no replies its just a scam

I placed order 18th july. Still haven't received it. Label created but no further update.
Emailed them but not reply !!!

Never received my order. Emailed Jonathan Price but no response.
When I go onto the Shop app it just says label created and will not allow me to track my order

Ordered shoes via tiktok shop.

Haven’t received my order and can’t contact anyone for a refund! Do not order from this site! It’s a scam 😭

Ordered from Tik Tok, never arrived SCAM!!!!! Site has been taken down

Haven’t received my order. Tracking showed a label being processed the day after the order. No response to emails. I stupidly thought that as it was on Tik Tok it was a safe platform to order from. Didn’t realise until too late that it is not through them.

I have never received my order. You can’t contact them either.

Didn't receive order. SCAM!

I ordered shoes ,tried to contact for update on delivery a few times and no reply .
Even tried to cancel and no luck .
Just making people aware not to purchase anything as you will not receive any goods.
No item and out of pocket

Scam didn’t receive my order . And they are not responding to my emails . jonathan price is the person on contact details.

Unfortunately I ordered some shoes off this site after seeing them on Tik Tok
Items did not arrive and no response from company
Exactly the same experience from a very similar site called Lolipina
