It's great to have someone fighting for you against the injustice of airlines. This service shouldn't be necessary, but I am really happy with the result! The process was slow, it took over 2 years to get some money back from the airline and the case needed to go to court in order to get the money back. I would have not been able to retrieve the money if I were on my own..

I highly recommend Refundmore for anyone dealing with flight compensation claims. My family and I had a flight with Ryanair from Palma de Mallorca, Spain to Billund, Denmark that was delayed by over five hours, but the airline made it very difficult to track this delay, showing the flight as on time on their website and app. I signed up with Refundmore to help us claim compensation, and the entire process took about a year.
Despite the challenges, Refundmore kept me updated regularly via email and was incredibly efficient in helping us secure compensation. On Friday, I received half of the compensation into my bank account, and they are now working to recover the other half. Their support has been outstanding from start to finish, and I’m truly grateful for their help in resolving this issue.

If I could give minus stars I would. On a straightforward claim do not use this company.
No reply’s to emails I sent 8 then they sent one asking me what’s the status. The airline refunded me straight away direct , I keep telling them this and no reply , even asking them to. They seem to be dragging it out for no reason .

I emailed them a week after landing informing them the claim had been settled by myself directly with the airline and they have emailed me after to say they settled the claim and I owe them £155 AS IFFFF!!!! They didn’t settle the claim I did and they now want me to pay them when I informed them outright it was settled

this company has poor communication and the outcome is not worth the time and effort.
my cancelled flight cost me near on 400.00 to return home and after all this effort I got £40.00 in return.
Explore another more effective method of making a claim rather then wasting your time with this company.

Worst company ever
Worst company ever . They viewed and accepted the case, then they began to show signs of confusion relating to the case . Their emails were erratic their information contradictory . I made complaints , they apologised promised a review of the case , got it all wrong again . About fifteen different people were trying to sort it out and they contradicted each other . More apologies , then over a year later advised “after now having our lawyers look at the case we are unable to proceed”. Useless unprofessional waste of time . If you have an air flight problem take it to the MCC , it’s cheaper and you are in control. This REFUNDMORE are dreadful useless beyond pathetic . Stay away use any service apart from these incompetents , they will waste your time and frustrate you beyond belief . Awful dreadful company . Now watch their reply which will blame the legal system but not their failure to recognise a valid or none valid case from the beginning, I guarantee it a well versed propaganda reply , just you wait and see . They take no accountability no responsibility and offer nothing but excuses , blame everybody and everything else . Watch , I bet I’m right . Ps : I’ve settled the case and WON full refund and compensation !! So how come refundmore couldn’t do it in over a year ??? Cos they are useless , fact .

Before i ask refundmore help me , i try to take compensation direct from airline. The result was negarltive. After that i asked refundmore help to help me. Refundmore helped me and finally after 2 years i get compensation from the airline. It takes patience and trust. Thank you very much.
