Very happy with the process and the outcome

Refundmore were very clear and upfront about the whole process and that it could take a long time to get a result should the case go to court. We had nothing to lose and it was very easy to provide all the details so they could get started on the case. We got a few updates at times informing us how our case was progressing and that they ended up going to court with Lufthansa. Two and a half years after submitting the claim, I was pleasantly surprised to receive an email from Refundmore informing us that they were successful and the compensation was paid to my account within a couple of days.
It is definitely not a scam and of course not all cases are successful but it's worth trying and Refundmore made the process very easy. I didn't mind that they took 30% commission as I would have got nothing if I hadn't gone through them.

Well

Well, to be honest, I wasn’t expecting anything from the airline in the form of compensation and so when Refundmore first approached me regarding my cancelled flight, I was very skeptical about the entire offer. But I went ahead and provided the documents they asked for and I was pleasantly surprised to see that I was eligible for compensation.

Refundmore was absolutely briliant

Refundmore was absolutely briliant.
Was such an easy process and got a great result. Really didn't mind paying the fee as would have gotten nothing back myself. Had already approached the airline and they refused compensation for a cancelled flight.
Honestly would use them again in a heart beat! Thank you for all your efforts!!

After the appalling treatment we…

After the appalling treatment we received from Lufthansa airlines we were very glad of any way we could make them pay. Refundmore handled everything for us very efficiently with no strings, just a good honest service that delivered. They only take a percentage if they win the compensation claim. We could not do it without them. We would highly recommend Refundmore.

Compensation

I had a case with a famous airline where they cancelled my flight from London and they offered me another route.
I asked them for compensation but the airline refused.so I wrote to Refundmore about my case seeking help for my compensation and all done online without paying me any money .
After two weeks they were successfully got the compensation and one week later I got my money

Full refund!

After suffering from a rude and frankly horrendous service from Lufthansa, getting stuck in Frankfurt for over 24 hours. We were told we weren’t eligible for any compensation.

Refundmore rejected that notion and got a full refund for our flights. The processing fee is more than fair considering I wouldn’t have got compensation without them.

Broken Promises and Wasted Time with Refundmore

After a year of waiting, I find your response extremely disappointing and unacceptable. I trusted your company to handle my case professionally and efficiently, but instead, I feel that you have only delayed my ability to take action independently. Your initial evaluation gave me the impression that my case was worth pursuing, and I relied on your promises to resolve this matter.

This entire experience has been frustrating and unproductive. Your failure to deliver on your commitments has wasted my time and significantly diminished my chances of pursuing this claim elsewhere.

I will be sharing my experience on relevant platforms to ensure others are aware of your shortcomings and reconsider trusting your services. This has been a regrettable and unhelpful experience, far from what was promised at the start!

Vergoeding van extra gemaakte kosten.

Door het plotseling uitvallen van mijn retourvlucht Zürich-Düsseldorf heb ik extra kosten moeten maken en dat viel toch wel tegen. Ik kreeg de tip van een organisatie om Refundmore te benaderen, wat ik dus ook heb gedaan. Na een paar e mails heen en weer sturen, en een tijdje geduld, wat zij mij van te voren hadden medegedeeld, wat ook begrijpelijk was kreeg ik in december de mededeling via mail dat ik een leuke vergoeding kreeg, jaja heel fijn! Bedankt Refundmore!

Took long time, but eventually they won!

Yes, it takes a long time for them to work on your case. It took 18 months for me. But I understand how complex it can be to fight for cases. They are super responsive if you write to them, and very professional. They won the case eventually and send me a refund of €220 within 2 days after communicating the win. Amazing service.
