I had a super experience with Refoundmore. I am amazed by their responsibility and patience. I am not sure if my case is special, perhaps it was. But it took Refoundmore one and half year to follow up my case, until they finally succeed. I didn't need to do anything since I upload the necessary documents at the very beginning. Refoundmore didn't ask for money from clients, but only deduct their serve fee once my case was succeed. I really glad I asked Refoundmore to help.

I’ve had fantastic experience! Got the money fast and easy. Good communication though the whole process. For comparison, my insurance company has been processing a similar request for 2 years and they haven’t even sent me a single update.

It was quick and I was being well informed. They take quite a lot from my claim but that's the price I had to pay for me doing basically nothing.

Περίπτωση είχα πτήση της Austrian airlines από βαρσοβια για ποντγκοριτσα μέσω βιεννης. Επειδή καθυστέρησε για όχι δικο μου λόγο η πτήση η πρώτη να ξεκινήσει από βαρσοβια, είχε ως αποτέλεσμα να φτάσω καθυστερημένα στη Βιέννη και εκ των πραγμάτων να χάσω την πτήση για ποντγκοριτσα. Εκεί πήγα στα γκισέ της Austrian airlines και με εξυπηρέτησε μερικώς, αντικαθιστώντας το εισητηρια της δεύτερης πτήσης μου με εισιτήριο πτήσης σε λίγη ώρα για βελιγραδι μέση της δικιάς τους εταιρίας και αφού διανυκτέρευσα χωρίς να επιθυμώ στο βελιγραδι, μου είχαν και εισιτήριο το επόμενο πρωί απο βελιγραδι για ποντγκοριτσα μέσω της air Montenegro. Επειδή έφτασα στον προορισμό μου πολύ αργότερα( Σάββατο πρωί άντε για Παρασκευή απόγευμα) και διανυκτέρευσα χωρίς να επιθυμώ στο ενδιάμεσο στο βελιγραδι, απευθύνθηκα στην Austrian refund, που με εξυπηρέτησε και σε περίπου λίγους μήνες, κέρδισα 275 ευρώ αποζημίωση. Τους ευχαριστώ θερμά. Με καθοδηγούσαν μεθοδικά και βοηθητικά σε όλα τα ενδιάμεσα βήματα.
