This was the first time I had any experience of buying a home for my self. I came into this with Absolutly no idea how mortgages, solicitors, mortgage brokers ect wor. Especially as I was going the part rent part buy scheme which I did not know many people who knew about this.
- Redloft helped me through the whole process, especially the agent I had assigned to me Lauren Irwin. She explained the whole process to me, helped me with what the send and was a great moderator between the other parties such as the broker and solicitor. She made my process through this so much easier and made it easy to understand what is going on.
Lauren was prompt on replying to me and meeting especially when I wanted to come to the flat.
Without Lauren this process would of been a lot more difficult and confusing for me. Especially as everything was put on hols due to covid but she kept me in the loop through the whole process.

I am extremely happy with the service of Redloft and of the help Lauren gave me.

We assist with the Financial Assessments for Red Loft which requires regular communications. All of which are dealt with professionally and quickly. I would highly recommend them, especially Moiz and the sale team.

Exceptional customer service throughout the process of buying our flat with them. Our contact, Lauren was extraordinary. She has helped us with everything, from explaining the process to communicating with both financial advisor team, solicitors project managers and housing association. She had chased everyone for documents, completion dates, and did everything in her power to help us get into our new flat. Lauren has gone above and beyond her responsibilities to help us. We are very happy with her professionalism, her customer service, her "can do" attitude and her care for us.

I have just received my keys for my new flat today. The agent that dealt with my paperwork and numerous phone calls was Joseph. He was amazing, very professional, and was always quick at responding to my many questions. I would recommended Red Loft as an Agency to whoever may be looking to move. From start to finish, Redloft were incredible with our house sale. They were always responsive, helpful and kind. A special mention to Suki, who initially showed us the property and got us going with our purchase. He was nothing short of amazing with helping us with everything we needed to know, and always had an answer for any question we asked. Suki passed us over to Nikki who was completely brilliant. She went above and beyond to help us finalize our sale, she was there at the end of the phone whenever we needed her, and made the last hurdle a breeze for us, she was so kind, friendly and down to earth. Redloft have our full recommendation and we are so grateful for all their help.

Naturally being a first time solo buyer, I was pretty nervous about the process. Lauren was extremely accommodating, organised two viewings in a very short space of time, and throughout the entire process provided updates unprompted.

She was never too busy to take a call, and no question was too silly to ask!

My wife and I recently secured a property through Red Loft and despite the stress that usually comes with house moves, the sales/lettings team were excellent and kept us well informed throughout the process. Special thanks to Moiz (Senior Consultant), who always made himself available to answer questions and guide us through the process.

Would definitely recommend Red Loft to any prospective home-owners/renters

Stay away from them if you are purchasing a new build home don't do it with them.We have started with them last year in November and supposed to move in April ended up in October to give up on the property ,they lie and manipulate everything.They new because of one of their agent we had no home and been living in hotels and my husband parants house and all our stuff in storage as he has told us to to give our notice on the property we where renting and still did not even care to do anything as they were contracted by London Muslim Association and they don't get the information,And in the end after all the stress and everything they have put us through after 7months of not having where to live all the Manager Jade said is I will remove your application. They will take the money and keep you on the street untill you can't go one and make sure that they bring in new sales agent with new lies.Its a joke and the law protect this. I feel disappointed and hurt and left us in alot of stress absolutely disgusting.
