UPDATE AFTER 3 MONTHSMy original review was positive, but unfortunately I now completely regret it.The main reason I chose this property was the parking space. From the very beginning, I made it crystal clear to Nikki, Oli, and Moiz that parking was essential for me. Despite all the assurances I was given, I have ended up without any parking at all.As a result, we have spent months struggling to find parking on surrounding roads, paying parking fines, wasting time every day, and dealing with constant stress that should never have been our problem. To make matters worse, we have also been hit with extremely high energy bills, creating even more unexpected financial pressure.What has been most frustrating is the complete lack of communication and accountability. Once the deal was done, the excellent customer service disappeared. Calls are ignored, emails go unanswered, messages receive no response, and nobody appears willing to take responsibility or provide a proper solution.Based on my experience, the promises and assurances made to us have not been honoured. I trusted what I was told by Nikki, Oli, and Moiz, and that trust has been completely broken. The amount of inconvenience, stress, wasted time, and financial loss this has caused is unacceptable.The situation has now become so serious that I am considering pursuing legal action to recover the losses we have suffered and to seek a resolution.If you are considering using Red Loft, my advice would be to get absolutely everything in writing and not rely on verbal assurances alone.Extremely disappointed. Poor aftercare, poor communication, and no accountability when problems arise.

I have just finished working with Suki and Nikki on a programme of 30 plus void conversion sales over the last two years. Its been great to work with them again and they really are a part of wider team, always available, always on point and fantastic customer feedback. Could not recommend them enough and hope to work with them again.

Incredible service & value for money!

All three were friendly and quick to respond to emails, making the process as stress free as possible.

Nikki and Nick were both fantastic to deal with. They clearly know the process inside out and were always on top of everything, which made a huge difference. They were responsive, supportive and very easy to work with throughout.

I recently completed my remortgage with staircasing (shared ownership) to 100%, and it was a particularly complex case with several restrictions on the title that needed careful handling. Red Loft Partnership represented the sellers in this transaction, and despite the complications, the team, especially Nikki, was fantastic throughout. They were highly communicative, supportive, and always provided clear and detailed feedback at every stage of the process. They made what could have been a very stressful experience feel manageable and straightforward. Nikki has been absolutely fantastic through the process of us buying our second home. Unfortunately our solicitors were taking alot longer than expected but Nikki was always on hand to reassure us, and done everything she could to push it through. Not sure we would have made it to the need if it wasn’t for her. She was very patient throughout.
Moiz was brilliant at the start helping to pick out floor plans, and explaining everything we needed to know, also arranging another viewing towards the end. We couldn’t have got through without both their help and support.

Nikki at redloft has been amazing throughout my house sale, she has been on hand whenever I have needed her and has helped push through my sale in a good time. Couldn’t recommend her more, everyone I have spoken to at red loft has been extremely helpful

Red Loft Helped Us Find First Home

The UK housing market can be stressful at its best and nightmarish at its worst. But after several months of searching, we came across Red Loft and were soon moving into our first home.

Red Loft had a straightforward process, and their team were always available to help and guide us along the way. Special thanks to Nick from Red Loft for his efforts.

Moiz and Nikki were excellent throughout the entire process. Extremely helpful and they made the whole thing more bearable and a pleasant experience. Would highly recommend them and Redloft.
