John and Dan collected my car after a really good offer was made through Motorway. Professional and friendly service from start to finish from the first phone call to driving the car away. Will go directly to them in the future next time I sell a car

Well when you get sold a "lemon" I didnt believe it could be true

I called on a Friday said the car was good and ready to go its passed all the checks in the "200" point check and then some

I arrived on a Sunday after taking a days sick and driving 3/4 hours from the Midlands to arrive and see the outside of the car gleaming and the inside and the under bonnet aswell

Luckily I know something about cars
After careful inspection there was leaks in the injectors on 2 out of the 4
And There was what was best described as a pond in the rear boot and the front brake discs were not up to scratch for the tiguan (uneven brake wear)

After all discussions with will he said he would get it all sorted no issue at all but I would have to wait to get the car as a mechanic had to look over it

Imagine being told that after 3/4 drive to have to drive back in the car you was going to p/e

Communication was poor not kept in the loop unless I asked got to the Wednesday finally some clarity and was told the car has the issues resolved they have fixed the brakes, injectors have been cleaned and reseated also the leak into the boot had been fixed
All is good !

Got told car would then be delivered to my address and someone would take mine back and I would be given the £400 ceramic coating as a apology

The Car definitely didnt have that applied

Fully expected the car to be delivered on the back of a trailer but car arrived driven by someone who just slapped 190 miles on it and was given a fuel tank empty.

Did my little walk around once it arrived plugged a scanner into it car was FULL of different codes including airbag codes etc
Told the lad who dealt with it his response was "I could plug a scanner into every car in the lot here and they would all throw some form of code"

Exactly what you need to hear after paying 28k for a car

Cleared codes and a air bag one stayed luckily figured out it was just a seat belt retention fix

After owning the car for a couple weeks now and after the recent storms I go to the back of the car to find guess what a nice pool of water sitting in the boot

After doing a lot of youtubing found that it was a 2 rear drainage holes that was FULL OF WATER AND MUD. Shame I cant add photos and videos cause it's all documented

Truly love the car but been let down by the garage and given the stock they have i thought it would of been good but it's more like a trade centre UK kind of deal

Get the sale and get rid of the car asap

So all in all solid 3/10 rating for the garage and would highly! Recommend you take someone who knows cars before even going into this place cause the service is just not good enough and the quality should be 10x better given the stock they have in there lots

Will was nice enough and helped where he could but the higher ups and mechanics need to actually check what's going on after the issues the car had were not checked or in the boot case rectified

Great car selection and no unrequested pressure from sales staff to buy until help was needed. Once we decided on a car the purchasing process was straighforward, again with no pressure to upsell service, warranty, etc. The salesman, in our case, Will, was friendly and a pleasure to deal with. The car was well prepared before leaving. Altogether a pleasurable experience.
