Lesson learnt
Lesson learnt. Paul was a great bloke , good crack but should have took his advice and bought warranty, not long after it run out I had to pay nearly £700 for engine fault . I’ll know better next time .

Car service and MOT
What fabulous customer service from Andy! I always get my car serviced and MOT done here as I can not fault anything. The staff are super lovely and as a woman who knows nothing about cars, they truly go above and beyond to make sure I leave feeling safe when driving. The team who did the service and MOT also did a wonderful job and its just such a relief to know from dropping my car off in the morning to picking it up, everything is done perfectly! Thank you Andy and the Team, will be seeing you in a years time :)

Outstanding service from Paul Laidler. I cant recommend him highly enough. So friendly and knowledgeable. He offered me a price for my car part ex but was very honest and advised me I could get more of if I sold it myself. I took his advice and sold my car within 24 hours! Honest, transparent excellent service. I’ll always go to Paul for my car’s from now on. Car is mint too!

Very approachable
Very approachable, I dealt with Paul Souter, was originally supposed to look at the car a few days prior but a defect was noticed by Paul with the wheels so he had them refurbed for me for free. Attention to detail is brilliant and very friendly bloke.
Would definitely recommend, customer service was brilliant.

Got in touch with Paul Laidler about a car I saw online and from the enquiry to the purchase he has been very helpful and friendly with sorting all the logistics out so I only had to worry about getting there and seeing the car. On the day it was a smooth process. I was given as much time as I needed to check the car and it was easy to test drive the car. Happy with the customer service.
