Red Dog are the mutt’s n...tts!!!!
I first used RDM last year when I was looking for a set of V-drums for my three sons (and myself of course). Went in with the intention of a 10 minute browse and then a trip to Amazon, left an hour later after being made to feel most welcome, given the run of the kits to try out, and a good portion of sales-pressure-free chat and advice from Dave the Roland Guy. I subsequently bought A TD11 kit from them (at a competitive price), and was very happy that I had been helped to make the right choice.
I used them again recently to buy a TD25 and a pair of Thump 150s to replace an ageing Arbiter kit in my church, and again, plenty of help and advice from both Dave and his colleague in the PA dept (shamefully I can’t recall his name, but I am bad at that), a competitive discount, and excellent after-sales support.
In short, couldn’t recommend them highly enough. I’m an Amazon-prime delivery junkie, but if you are going to make a serious purchase like this, I’ve rediscovered that you can’t beat decent over-the-counter service from folks that know their stuff.

Great Store!!
Each time I have shopped in Red Dog I am amazed at the product knowledge their staff have. I have asked some pretty unusual questions relating to the drum kit technologies I use, and have purchased from the store, and have always been provided with detailed explanations of not just the functionality of the equipment we are discussing, but also how I might go about integrating it with technologies I already own. The store feels like a place that supports musicians to get what they 'actually' need, rather than continually up-selling. I'll definitely continue to shop with Red Dog, a great customer experience from a local store.

Absolutely superb.
I popped in and out of Red Dog for a few months looking at pianos.
Staff superb. Welcoming and friendly and not pushy in the slightest.
I purchased a Roland LX-17 and got a great deal. The whole experience was first class. Seriously can't recommend them enough. I'm delighted with my purchase and wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them again (however, don't think I'll be changing the LX-17 any time soon - it's the best piano I've ever played!).
