Prompt, efficient, friendly service from Redbrik at Crystal Peaks. Would recommend.

Very happy with overall service provided by REDBRIK. Issues and queries from both landlord and tenants’ perspectives are dealt with promptly. Statements and other administration is always clear and well presented and there is always someone available to speak with (including a weekend when I needed help and assistance!). Eve in particular, as my main point of contact, has been an asset to REDBRIK and we have formed a very good working relationship.

Dovedale Lettings…! They are simply the best, super beautiful apartments. Staff support is superb, I fully recommend their services for everyone desiring to get top notch accommodation.

The marketing was excellent, with professional photographs that really showcased the property, resulting in strong interest and multiple applications within just a few days.

The referencing and tenancy process was handled efficiently by Maya Haigh-Greaves and the team, making what could have been a stressful process feel straightforward and well organised.

I particularly appreciated that Redbrik listened to my views, worked with me to tailor a service that suited my needs, and provided professional guidance without being pushy.

Overall, a very positive experience. I would have no hesitation in recommending Redbrik and look forward to working with them again on future projects.

The sales team at Redbrik have been very efficient and supportive throughout our house sale. Jen and Abi provided us with clear information throughout.
