I use Recycling Squad all the time and they are great. Always on time, reliable and super helpful collectors. Easy to book & easy to pay. Highly recommend

I just wanted to say thank you! We moved in to our new house last week and to be honest had no space to move around because of the boxes. The team came the next day and we paid card:) they even helped me to move the couch around! Will be calling again soon

I called yesterday to book an appointment with lady called Christine, she was friendly and attentive to my situation (another company let me down) and booked me in for the last collection of the day. Really helped me out big time.
Will for sure use their service again.

I’ve used other companies before but this is the best one. Quick, friendly and very good price.

About the worst experience ever - they started off well by half way through they were leaving mess all through the hallway. They removed the items in the cellar but none of the builders rubbish like rubble (as advertised that they did remove rubble) and the cellar is still full of rubble. Then one of the guys threw up in my front yard and wouldn't clear it - after I complained to his boss, he tried to use water to clear it up. I only paid half the quoted sum as agreed with the manager but then one of the dudes came back and threw bleach at the front yard area. Am reporting to the police.

I am using quite a few waste clearance services as I have my own business in London - gardening and landscape. Recycling Squad team has been very helpful and understanding with everyone I send them to. Thank you - keep up with the good work !

I have been using them for years at different businesses, super quick to get whatever you need collected.

Definitely would NOT use them again.
Quoted a min-max range for a collection of a very small amount of rubbish. They said they would confirm and agree the price when they arrived. However, I did not receive a confirmed price. They removed the items and sent me an invoice for more than the max price they had said! Totally dishonest.

The response below is an absolute lie. They had been using WhatsApp to communicate with me about the quote/job. They did NOT provide a quote by WhatsApp before they started the job.

It seems this company always provide a range, and then judging by other reviews, always charge the highest amount or more. They initially tried to charge us £80 which is £66.66+VAT. If they had actually confirmed the price beforehand, I could have agreed (or not), but they did not confirm - sly and dishonest.

Great fast service turned up when they said they would and very reasonable price. Would totally recommend.

I am happy with the service. They were professional, arrived on time as scheduled. Everything was picked up quickly.

They sent one person to take out a 3-seater sofa who then managed to chip the paint off my bannister as he was all by himself. I felt sorry for the guy, so of course I helped lug it outside, but from my personal experience, I would find somebody else.

I was very happy because my bulky rubbish was taken on time, so I didn’t had to wait all day. Also the staff who came to pick up my rubbish was friendly and professional.

Recycling Squad always provide a good service at a reasonable price (they were about 25% cheaper than the other quote I got). This is the third time I've used them. They are good at responding to any questions and communicating with them via WhatsApp is really effective. They've always attended within 24 hours of me requesting a quote (normally within a few hours) and their drivers always do the job properly leaving nothing behind. I would definitely recommend them.

Reasonable price and friendly staff will be using them again and will recommend them over anyone else I’ve used before
