Rebecca's Jewellers Recensioni

Fabulous staff, amazing products- ended up buying two rolex's from Rebecca's- 100% buying from them again! Thank you so much!!!

We went to the shop today (Sunday 6/3/16) and purchased 2 quality rings with the very friendly and professional help from the staff. My wife was delighted with the items and we were allowed a very generous discount, Rebeccas was recommended to us and we will have no hesitation in recommending them on. Thank you.

Professional service & with a smile too, fantastic range of quality items, would not hesitate to recommend.

We were only in Southport to "test drive" our new seniors travel passes, went inside to make an enquiry and came out having bought a gorgeous diamond ring! The staff were friendly and efficient. A very professional organisation and we would definitely deal with them again! Thanks! Maria & Ged

I was quite impressed with the service and the good selection of quality jewellery that was on display, so lots to choose from together with competitive prices. Once the item was selected the person I dealt with was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.

I felt very comfortable whilst the business between both of us was over the phone. I was very satisfied with the communication between us and also the guarantee I was given if my purchase was not to my satisfaction. When I received my purchase it was delivered as said and was exactly as described. I would fully recommend anyone doing business with Rebecca's as there service was FIRST CLASS.

Decided to view several watches in Rebecca's after reading many reviews on trustpilot.
One of the Watches we had come to view was sold but several others were there to view,
Very happy with our selection and all the staff were so friendly we would recommend to anyone.

This is the second Rolex we have purchased here over the past year. Excellent service & value, total honesty, knowledgeable staff. Will not hesitate to return again in the future.

I had a really good experience at Rebecca's, I dealt with rob and he was very helpful and he made the very stressful situation of buying an engagement ring a lot easier and stress free. Thanks a lot Rebecca's

Excellent service, friendly staff.

We received good, friendly advice from Rob, and without any pressure. We were making a high priced purchase so the advice and help we received from him was invaluable. We would definitely recommend Rebecca's to anyone. The whole experience was relaxed and extremely friendly.

Efficient service and very high quality item. Very happy with purchase

A big difference to many other stores. Thank You,,,p.s Lovely watch too...

i ordered a rolex on line , prior to that i had spoken with the team at rebeccas jewellers all of the staff were really helpful , it came the following day and i am so delighted with my purchase, exactly as described and in mint condition , i love it, thank you

Friends suggested visit Rebeccas in Southport, we travelled from North Wales, but could not have had a better service, Staff superb, also had a few laughs, I had previously lost my Emerald rings on returning from a cruise, and wanted something to replace one, Staff made me feel special. Would recommend anyone to visit if you wanted good jewellery and pleasant staff. Thank you

I bought a pre-owned Rolex back in January. I was served by the owner and he was very knowledgeable and answered the questions I had about the watch with ease. I felt no pressure and they genuinely couldn't do enough for me. I'd looked for a Rolex for a long time and been in quite a few shops, they definitely had the biggest selection and were very reasonably priced.

All round great service!

Excellent service and lovely staff we were extremely happy with the help of Rob on serving us with a ROLEX watch..He explained everything to us that we never knew about and over all I'm extremely happy with my watch thank you so much I will definitely recommend you to friends and family and we ourselves will be back in the near future 😊

Drove for 2 hours to choose a pre-owned Rolex as a very special gift, all watches were exactly as described on the web page and excellent condition, I was given time to view and make a decision which is what I needed having never spent this amount before on a watch. I would recommend them as they have great knowledge and will make you feel at ease and valued.

5 diamond 18ct gold band ring purchased with no feeling of being pressured, showed us various styles to choose from and had the ring sized whilst we wandered off to have lunch.
Delighted with the perfect choice and fit.
Looking forward to our next visit!

My husband and I popped in for a browse as I was wanting to purchase a Rolex, we had spotted one on their website. We were served by Rob who was really helpful and friendly. The watch wasn't exactly what I wanted but rob showed me different options with a diamond bezel and it was perfect. He had patience and we did not feel pressurised at all. I was delighted with the watch and service. We received the valuation a couple of days later in the post as promised.
