Kelly Roth is absolutely an amazing associate! I go to her all the time. I have purchased sooo many different items through her and each time she has been courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend her!

I had a very positive experience. I was impressed with the patience of my sales representative and her concern for me to feel comfortable with my purchase. The store has a great selection. The furniture is of good quality.

Stephanie was very friendly and helpful. She gave my husband and I some space to shop around yet was close by to answer any questions. She was knowledgeable about products and assisted us quickly. She made the whole shopping experience wonderful.

The delivery team is wonderful!! Even though they had an issue with a delivery truck, the other delivery people pulled together, extended their day, just to make our delivery happen!!

*our new mattress was a surprise for my husband that couldn't spend a whole night in our bed because it was too soft and hurt his back. Tonight is THEE night we get to spend together. I cannot thank you enough. Or... he leaves and I already have an attorney

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Wilkes-Barre, PA R&F store. Lisa, the consultant was very knowledgeable to help me choose accent furniture that completed my vision. Her manager was so helpful in getting one of the pieces from another location and the delivery was excellent. Communication was superb. I would definitely recommend Raymour & Flanagan for your furniture purchases

John was our salesperson and was wonderful. He took his time with us so we found the right furniture. I cannot take delievery till May and he was fine with that as well. So it was a great shopping day for me.

You had a large variety of furniture to choose from. Sam was our sales person and he was very professional and was a huge help to us and had patience and took the time to show us just what we asked for and now we are so happy with the furniture we bought from Sam.

The salesman (Sam) was very knowledgeable, personable, patient. My mom and I were looking for different items, he was very kind and I think we had him all over the store. He was great!

Worked with Kelly Roth out of the Wilkes-Barre, PA Raymour and she was super patient in working with my family to select the furniture. She took us around the showroom and brought us to what we asked to look at. She went above and beyond ensuring everything was handled appropriately from the selection, purchase and delivery. I can’t recommend Kelly enough for her patience, professionalism and kindness. Thanks Kelly for your help!

The manager guided me through various mattresses I was exploring pointing out the pros and cons with reference to my needs. He was knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and displayed a sense of humor. His information helped me decide which mattress I chose. The only disappointment I had was no feedback at all when I suggested customers should be made aware of certain information when purchasing an electronic power base. Just now, after making the new bed (mattress) the bed frame caught on the power base coming down with such force; it seems the mattress is too large in width for the power base therefore I had to dismantle my Pennsylvania House cherry bed frame.
