Knowledgeable salesman. Seemed sincere. I received 30% discount (sale). However, the very next day, I see there is a 40% sale ! Why didn’t salesman tell me as I would have waited 1 day to get the 40% off! I find this appalling. Would I recommend Raymour and Flanigan? Doubtful

Greeted upon entry to store by a friendly salesperson.
Needed a new mattress. Went right to department. Showed a few mattresses. Not what I wanted. Ask specific questions and took me to the right mattress for Me.
Very little upselling. I did get a remote control base and insurance, but a great sale was on. Helped me stay in my budget. Loved working with him. Excellent service!

Sam the salesman was great and not pushy.

Lisa waited on us. Really was excellent ( VERY KNOWEDGEABLE) (VERY PLEASANT) COULD NOT ASK FOR ANY ONE BETTER TO WAIT ON US.

Kellie Roth was very patient with me especially since it took a long time for me to decide on the recliner life chair I wanted. She was a delight. Very knowledgeable and friendly. We would recommend Raymour and Flanagan to anyone!

I explained what type of mattress I was thinking about
Sam escorted me to that area and proceeded to show me and have me try various mattresses and answered ALL of My Questions The Mattress that I chose was different from my initial thought process BUT IS PERFECT Thanks To Sam Well Done!!!!!!

Kerry was very kind and helpful. She gave me more information about a mattress I saw on the website. I ended up purchasing the mattress package. The Wilkes Barre store is great.

Jose Perez was wonderful. He was very attentive, informative and nice as could be. I was in the store for about 2 1/2 hours and he was so patient and calm.

My sister and I went shopping at Raymour & Flanigan for our grandmother, and we had such a great experience. Our sales associate, Lisa Stevenson, was incredibly helpful. She was compassionate, understanding, and so patient with my gram.
My grandmother can be a bit stubborn at times, but Lisa handled everything with kindness and professionalism. She worked closely with her and made her feel comfortable, to the point that my sister and I were able to just walk around the store while they figured everything out.
Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better saleswoman. Thank you, Lisa, for making this such a positive experience for our family.
